My initial experience with Koch Ford was alright. The salesman (Used Department) that I first dealt with was nice, over enthused and had a pretty good knowledge of their stock. After a few questions of what I was looking for he showed me a Jeep Grande Cherokee and after a test drive, I was in love with it. He explained that his parents had recently traded it in so he know just how great cared for it was. I had a few conditions before I agreed to purchase the Jeep. The most important after general maintenance was a new remote starter. I was told it did not have one installed and that they would put one in before I picked the vehicle up. Now, just over a year later, and one messed up month long experience I have discovered that the Jeep DID in fact have a starter installed. No one knows just how old it is as the sales man no longer works there anymore and I am getting the run around. I contacted the off site company that Koch sent my Jeep to and they informed me that they didnt install anything, they only sold Koch replacement fobs to pair with the starter that is in the Jeep. So because they were shady in getting a starter put in, not only do I not have ANY warranty on the stupid starter, it messed with my head lights, started randomly day and night (wasting gas and being a disturbance) and most recently, WHILE DRIVING, the hazards flashed uncontrollably and the locks started to go crazy going up and down, freaking the hell out of me! I am not impressed with KOCH FORD at all. I requested a brand new starter and received less than sub-par service. Had they been upfront about it it could have been resolved quickly and easily, but because I was given the run around and mixed answers I will never recommend anyone to there for new or used!! UPDATE: I waited over a month for a call back and finally got sick and tired of getting the run around! I expressed how I did not want a mechanic to take a look at the faulty starter and that I wanted a brand new one put in as that is what I was told I was supposed to be getting/paying for in the first place. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service Update: I have to say that Glen Finstad took the time to ensure that my issue was resolved. Though I would not rate Koch at more than three stars, due to miscommunication during correspondence with almost all other staff members, Glen made sure that I was happy in the end and I finally got what I was initially promised at time to purchase. I do appreciate the hard work put in to correct the issue

I have researched 2014 F150 FX4 through the Ford Canada website and at the end when it prompted for dealership I would like to visit, I wrote Koch Ford at Edmonton. Next day Shelley Posey send me an e-mail introducing herself and asked to call her if Im interested in discussing about the vehicle I have researched online the night before and she has also called me the same day and described me briefly all the deals they currently had. So I made an appointment and went to see her the same day, she was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the truck as well as all the deals that were currently in place. She made me feel very comfortable and wasnt pushy or aggressive as some sales consultants I have came across in the past. She also got the sales manager to talk to me about some of the doubts I had on trading in my vehicle. I went back to see her in 4 days, she had got the truck ready for myself and the wife to test drive and she got a mechanic to look at our vehicle and gave us a fare trade in value without we having to fight over it. Also, working in conjunction with the sales manager, she was able to get us more discount than what she has originally told us. Over all, this is the sixteenth car I bought, I can honestly say she was the best sales consultant I have dealt with to this date next to another chap from Acura. We were very comfortable with her as well as Koch dealership. Sales manager Chuck Hyer was very professional and the finance manager Shelley Connick made the whole financing and purchasing extended warranty, accessories an enjoyable experience. I would definitely use Koch for all my service requirements going forward and in the future Ill buy any Ford vehicles from them without any hesitation what so ever. I truly believe a dealership makes a big difference than the vehicle manufacturer and Koch has met and exceeded our expectations. Ill recommend Koch Ford and Shelley Possey to anyone who I know would be interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Steven Gellman (Gillman) , Especially and the rest of the Koch Ford team are terrible people to buy anything from. We bought a 2008 Cadillac Escalade and when we left the lot the automatic back door opener was broken, 3 out of 4 tires were flat , 2 rims (22" chrome rims) were so banged up that we couldnt put new tires on it, the nav disc was missing and took them over a month to get it to us , over a month to get new tires, we spent $ of our own money just so this truck would pass inspection, Steven Gellman was very slow to respond to any voicemails or phone calls, did everything in his power to save Koch Ford a buck and screw us the buyers. Our total bill was over $60,000 and we had a full page list of what was wrong with the vehicle, we paid for our own inspection and it failed after Koch putting some money into it and me and my gf $1500, Still failed, Do not buy ANYTHING from these con artists, Especially dont deal with Debbie or Steven Gellman. He is suppose to be a manager and we have not dealt with anyone in our life as to how ignorant, arrogant and just plain rude. This guy should not have a job at Koch Ford let along Manage a part of it. We will never ever buy anything from Koch Ford even if the price was substantially cheaper,,, *** DO NOT BUY FROM KOCH FORD *** If it wasnt for Steven Gellman or Debbie , the rest of Koch Ford were actually half decent to deal with **** We are now over $5000 of our own money spent on this vehicle. Also they gave us 8 Grand for trade in on a 2006 Durango Limited Edition , 128km and fully load They told us they were wholesaling it for 8000 and not selling it, We seen it on the Lot a month after we traded it and it was sitting on the lot for $19,995. Blair Martin in service is AMAZING!!! I have never been treated so nicely by someone in car servicing before. Normally I am on constant alert because I feel like Im treated like one of those "stupid women" that they can just say EVERYTHING is broken too. Blair didnt do that. He respected me as an equal & he went over above to make sure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed. He even phoned us to make sure we were ok while we were waiting for the part. They have now earned my service on my new Ford & I WILL NEVER RETURN TO SHERWOOD FORD where I bought it. Sometimes when your in a bad situation you think its good until your treated right. I have been treated right by Blair. Thank you! And thank you Koch Lincoln Ford! Blair, you make that place run☆☆☆ ***1year later*** We had damage to our ford because our breaks seized up and our car started slipping on the ice and slipped into the curb. Our car was still under warranty and we had additional tire warranty. We had damage to our tire, rim and a bar underneath the car. We tried to explain something was wrong with the breaks wich caused the whole mess. However, they refused to put anything through warranty. In the end we couldnt even take it to a cheaper shop because they said it would void our warranties. So we were stuck with a $3200 bill at Christmas that really made things difficult for us during the season. What we paid still should have went through warranty because the breaks either froze up or are faulty and now we are waiting for the breaks to go out again. UNSAFE and VERY UNFAIR when you pay for extended warranties and expext to be covered! Funny thing is when we take our Lincoln there, we get excellent service???
