They were terrible!!! I called and got a booking then called back a week before the event to confirm and was told it was confirmed. Then I called back the day before to confirm the time and was told they didnt have any record of my having a booking. Then they said they could still pick us up but for $150 more then I was quoted at first. Then they day of they were 25 minutes late and we were sharing the limo with another group!!! When we tried to leave the concert they were no where to be found and the driver had turned off his phone and then when I did get ahold of him he was going to be 30-45 minutes. so there were 6 of us walking through the rain and trying to get a cab!! By the time we got one and were already back at our hotel the driver phoned to say he was there to pick us up!! they were rude and unorganized and I will NEVER book them again!!!

Terrible service, they told us we had to double up with another family as they had a limo break down. Im sure they do this all the time to double up on fares as both families paid full price. Also was told they would pick us up after the concert and after making us stand in the rain and cold for more than an hour, they showed up with the limo full of garbage and empty beer cans. They kept giving us false information as to why they were late. Very frustrating. Do not book with this company. They also make you pay in advance, do not tip in advance because the other family we were with made this mistake and they will not refund money.
