I did not have a good experience at this Jiffy Lube location. The staff were relatively nice, however, I was told that my oil change would cost $150. I was told that if I didnt utilize the most expensive oil, I would void the warranty on my car. My car is seven years old and is not currently under warranty. I told the staff that I would like to have my oil changed elsewhere and they managed to come up with another offer that would be less costly. Also, I was told that I required a new cabin air filter and regular air filter. My car does not have a cabin air filter and the dash area was not even checked to see if it needed to be changed. My regular air filter had also been recently replaced. I felt like the staff were trying to take advantage of me and assumed I was unaware of how my car functions. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube after this experience.

Incredible service. I had major issue completely unrelated to oil changes. They sent a technician out to the north side to assist me and help me diagnose my serious problem with my vehicle, they went utterly above and beyond. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Customer service fantastic, extremely knowledgable. Go here!!

Jorge, G as well as the rest of the crew did an amazing job for me with a full transmission and power steering flush it was really great as well as the oil and air filter service these guys were really exemplary. In the future I will definitely be coming back on the service alone!

Had a super awesome experience here today, Had the Synthetic Oil change, engine flush and new filter. Everything was explained thoroughly and he had great customer service. Will be back again would recommend. Thanks again Hill @ Jiffy Lube :).

Love this place. Best place to get the regular maintacne done. Both my man and I always use this jiffy lube. Friendly staff, Jonathan always explains everything and gives me the options for my vehicle.
