I made an appointment to get my vehicle looked at easy enough over the phone, but when it came to them actually doing the estimate, they refused the second they saw the vehicle saying it wasnt worth their time as I wouldnt be getting it fixed there!! I never said where/when Id be getting this fixed. And since when is a repair commitment mandatory for an estimate?? I just wanted an estimate for a hit and run for an upcoming small claims court case. Even asked to be charged and have to pay for the estimate "to make it worth his time" he still refused. Dont bother taking your vehicle here, they clearly dont care about anyone. Theres other good autobody shops just two blocks away from this place where satisfying future clients "is worth their time".

Have been to JP Body a number of times for personal and work vehicles. The work is always performed with a high degree of care and only with OEM parts used. The owner the straight forward and has always been easy to deal with.

Not the friendliest bodyshop. Does not go above and beyond thats for sure
