I came in for an oil change and Infiniti told me that I needed a new serpentine belt for my vehicle so I had this belt fixed a few weeks later. I then told them about an issue I was having. My car was vibrating (the seats, cup holder etc.) when the car was in drive and my foot was on the brake and this vibration went away when I put the car in neutral. They told me the serpentine belt tensioner needed to be changed and that this would solve the issue (after changing the belt). They charged me in excess of $700 for this told me the issue was resolved and to pick up my car. When I picked my car nothing had changed and the issue was still there. I took the car back and they told me I needed to fix the engine bracket which cost in excess of $1000. I told them I was willing to pay the difference given they did not solve the issue the first time and I did not need a new tensioner (as they did not mention the tensioner until I told them about the issue after the belt was replaced). Infiniti told me that the tensioner needed to be replaced anyways because it was faulty. I then question the Service Manager as to why they did not see this before I told them of the issue. His tone changed from polite to rude and said “do you want me to put the bad tensioner in the car then”. I said yes and asked for a refund. After some negotiating he agreed to a full refund for the part and labor as opposed to a partial refund. When I went to pick up my car I saw on the invoice they had provided me that the belt was not covered under warranty because the tensioner was bad. But when I enquired about the cost of the belt initially they never told me of a possibility of being covered by warranty in certain situations. Even after they changed the belt, without saying the tensioner was bad, they were still going to charge me for this. This seems like dishonest business to me. I took this to another shop and they said that tensioner was working fine and I did not need a replacement. They were able to identify the engine bracket issue within an hour and fixed the problem within a day. In general this dealership has good review so hopefully this was a one-time incident but my recommendation to anyone going here for service would be to check for an estimate elsewhere. Infiniti had also documented some of this on the invoice citing communication issues with the customer. I am sure that this would be their response to my review here. However, the individuals I dealt with were unable to admit their mistakes and were upset when they were confronted with their inconsistent story.

"Seamless Professional Outstanding Service!" I just purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50s from Infiniti South Edmonton, Alberta. I have to say that Tariq Mahmood was a pleasure to deal with on all levels from my initial phone contact to delivery of the Infiniti Q50. Tariq was extremely professional, courteous and most of all efficient throughout the purchase. Tariq would almost anticipate my questions before I asked them and oftentimes while I was calling him, he was simultaneously emailing me. Pretty uncanny. The other thing is that I bought the Infiniti Q50 "sight unseen" through pictures, video and detailed description by Tariq. I am extremely picky when it comes to my cars. When the car arrived it was exactly as promised and exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to work with professionals like Brand Ambassador Tariq Mahmood and would recommend him and Infiniti South Edmonton without reservation.

"Tariq Mahmood at Infiniti South Edmonton, Alberta, treated me like a family friend. One..." Tariq at Infiniti South Edmonton treated like a family friend. Tariq are incredibly set on helping people find the right car for them, and building a family of enthusiasts. The events they put on are FANTASTIC, and they are incredibly friendly. So when I decided to get a SUV, BMW X6, I came to them, told them just what I wanted and told them my budget, which was pretty tight. They worked out the financing and in the end I had my dream BMW X6. As it turns out, they made almost nothing on the sale (due to the negative equity on my trade in) but it was worth it for them to build the relationship with me. WHEN DOES THAT HAPPEN ANYMORE?!?!? These guys cut out their profits to build our relationship and trust. One of the best dealerships I have ever worked with! look forward to working with them again.

What a hassle! I could care less how nice the showroom or the facility is from what other reviews say, what matters to me is customer service! And from their salesman Ethan, the service was terrible! I left a "fully refundable" deposit on a car which I ended up changing my mind on. I gave all necessary information to Ethan to refund my deposit which I ended up finding out he didnt. In fact, after 10 days I had to call and ask why he hadnt refunded my deposit yet. He gave me some lame excuse that I needed to give him my credit card information. I reminded him that I already did and he still proceeded to make it seem like it was my fault. I will never consider this dealership for any future purchases or auto service if this is how their staff treat customers. The sales manager Brad, did seem very helpful after this escalation, but in my mind it should have never gotten this far.

There are lot of dealers closer to me, but I drove 60 KM to Infiniti South Edmonton because Tariq Mahmood was the most responsive to my queries. He sent me promptly every spec sheet and every term sheet I requested, to enable me to make my decision and workout the financing I requested. On my arrival, Tariq had all the paperwork ready so I could sign right after the test drive. He answered and gladly addressed my further questions when we met at the dealer. Tariq is most helpful and he is also a real gentleman. The pleasure of driving my BMW X6 is matched only by working with Tariq to make this great deal. "Great experience!" - With Tariq Mahmood at Infiniti South Edmonton, It was my first time buying an Infiniti QX60 and for sure if I decide to buy another car, Infiniti will be only on my list. Tariq Mahmood was nice and friendly in the whole process. I did not have the feeling of talking to a car dealer at all.
