Has to be the BEST parking lot EVER. Features ashphalt entry ways for those fast summer exits, and gravel for extra traction when it rains. Treed area to shade your precious from nasty UV rays. Excellent signage to confuse the most learned among us! Located in the heart of sketch-town, this lot is not only superior, but close to several favorite lunch venues.

Location is close to current workplace. Work pays for my parking. I would never Park there otherwise . They have increased their daily early bird rate twice in the last 6 months. It is a huge gouge. I can park 1 block away for $3 instead of $15 but would have to pay with coins, and then make an expense claim.
