I purchased my first ever brand new car through this dealer ship. at first we had a rocky start, when i purchased the car there was a massive scratch on the hood of the car so we requested it to be fixed as well as a 3m coating put on the hood of the car to protect it after it was fixed. i cant remember my sales guys name but he isnt there anymore he was more concerned about my money than he was trying to help me seek my budget. When i went to go pick up my car for the first time there was no 3m on the hood and the scratch was still there. i had sat and waited 3 hours for them to finally do what they were supposed to do a week ago. They just ended up changing the hood and putting the 3m on. the sales guy barley did a walk through with me to show me how to work its features and connect things. its been over a year and Im still finding more new featuers i didnt know about. Very disappointed in the sales customer service side of everything. since i have had my car its been in for warranty work i believe about 5 times.. that i am not impressed with at all like i said its just over a year old and thats ridiculous i dont bag the thing i take such amazing care of it. but the only reason i am rating this place so high is because of the service department. i would like to give a big shout out to lance in the service department for all his help and time he has spent helping me with the problems i have had with my car. if it werent for the great service i get from the parts department and the service department i would have traded in my car already. Thanks a bunch to those departments as well as the ladies at the service counter.

I bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue with Go Nissan North six months ago and it was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. From test driving, to answering questions, to negotiating and putting the key in my hand, my Sales Rep Alex ensured I had everything I needed. Not only was buying the vehicle a positive experience, but the six months since buying have been even better! Alex texts me to make sure everything is going well with my vehicle, Go Auto calls me to schedule regular oil changes (One less thing to remember!), and every person I have been in contact with at Go Nissan North has gone above and beyond to make sure my experience was enjoyable. They even left me a thank you card in my car after giving me a FREE full car detailing (Part of their Go Auto Gold Card plan, which is beyond worth it!). Go Nissan North manages to bring the warm, inviting atmosphere of a local coffee shop to a major corporate establishment and I can not commend them enough for it. I checked out several different car options before walking through the doors here (although I did have my eye set on a Rogue), but as soon as Alex approached me at Go Nissan North, I knew this would be the place to buy my car. If youre looking for a quality representative with a quality dealership, hands down, this is your place.

This is an every day dealership, nothing special. A sales agent will greet you, answer your questions and then youll deal with the sales manager. And this is where you have to be really careful. Depending who your sales manager is, they will offer you some kind of "deal". They will try to lock you with a deposit - do NOT pay a deposit!!! Because when you ask for a refund a couple weeks later, youll be confronted with name calling, or theyll make you feel guilty. I was told: "I treated you like a friend and you just walk out on us. This is really bad..." So the manager thought he treated me like a friend - by deceiving me. First BW payment was 289 then yey! Reduced it to 259. Then yey! We have a new deal 247! But why was I given a better deal by another dealership for the same model fully loaded? As a business manager Im capable to find out how much my monthly payment should be - I run financial analysis every day! So I know they were trying to rip me off. Before you make a deal with this dealership, shop around and then make your decision.

If you are interested in seeing a vehicle at Go Nissan North and would appreciate communicating with a very knowledgeable, competent, kind, and understanding Sales Consultant who will be most attentive to all your questions and be truthful and honest in his responses to you I strongly encourage you to contact Yuri. Yuri did all that he could to make sure that I was happy with my decision. After having purchased the vehicle, I called him given my concern with one of the symbols that lit up on my dash. He came to my house to see what was happening, gently told me what the symbol meant, took care of the situation, and the light went "off" on my dash but "on" in my brain. All of this to say that for me, he went "beyond the call of duty" in answering all my questions. I was also introduced to Greg and Naz. The two of them along with Yuri formed an excellent team that helped me make my purchasing a vehicle at Go Nissan North, a most memorable and happy experience. This team was truly "Happy to Help".

I was looking for a brand new Nissan Rogue. Shammi, one of the sales specialists at Go Nissan contacted me and assured me of helping me find the SUV I am looking for. I went into the dealership the same day, test drive the new Rogue. Really liked the car and ended up finalizing the deal on the 2016 SL package. Naz, their General Manager spent his time in finalizing the deal for me and making me an offer I couldnt refuse. Shawn on the other hand helped me go through all the finances and adjusting my bi-weekly payments. The car was scheduled to be picked up the following day with the remote starter installed and car detailed inside out. Felt like a proud customer to drive a nice and clean SUV out of the dealership while the managers greeted me good bye. wonderful experience and hoping I have the same customer satisfaction experience during my routine maintenance and after sales services. Good job Go Nissan North. You guys earned this sale. Hats off to Shammi !

Okay, so I have my 1990 240sx in the service shop right now and I came in and i told them that i think the alternator is gone and i need to drain the tank as it had old gas from sitting for a long time. I get a quote for 1700$ to replace the alternator! And they told me my brand new battery was shot so i needed to pay 350$ for another battery install! Needless too say i wasnt happy. So I bought my own battery and alternator and installed it on my own time. The battery that I originally had is still in the car and is strong. Then after i replaced it wasnt giving enough fuel on start up properly so they brought it in and told me that it was my alternator! A brand new alternator. Was causing a lack of fuel on start up and for it to run rough. Needless to say that since i cant get my car out of their i told them to figure out what it was. I am picking it up tomorrow and knowing how these guys work it still wont be running and ill end up pushing it home.
