I have had a terrible time dealing with Fusion Collision. After repairing my vehicle with them, I had to return to Fusion Collision several times and after returning to them on several occasions to warranty their work (which they attempted) I am still having issues. The clear coat they applied to my vehicle comes off as if it was scotch tape. Initially they said they received a bad batch, but the clear coat continues to peel off despite being repainted several times (have visited Fusion Collision ~4-5 times about this). Before even viewing my vehicle the managers immediately put us in a confrontational state by saying they would not warranty their work if the coat peeled as a result of a rock chip. I guess they dont know much about Alberta roads, rock chips are inevitable. I would suggest that the management here needs to investigate potential issues before setting out to provide off putting customer service. To their credit, they did end up warrantying the work after they saw what was actually happening (maybe because it is an absolute embarrassment if anyone asked me who I used). I provided Fusion Collision with multiple opportunities to remedy this situation, and each time the product they put on my truck would not last very long. On top of that, I never once received an apology. I have spent a lot of time dealing with what should have been a straight forward repair. I wish I never came across their name. I rarely ever give negative reviews. And even though the job they did on my vehicle was mediocre, I feel the need to state how they nicely screwed me over in the end of this experience. First, I like to mention how they forgot to screw in the radiator properly considering that it took them well over a month to complete my vehicle, I would expect them to be quite meticulous when it came to the repairs. Not to mention, there was no communication when it came to where they were in the repairing process and giving me false indications to when it would be ready. A little heads up would of been nice. However, im more raged at the fact, even though they did offer me a loaner vehicle, which had so many scratches and chips on it btw, they still managed to find a way to blame me for a small scratch on the bumper (even though I am confident he had pointed that same scratch out to me when i picked up the vehicle), which ended up costing me an extra $500. This company is a f***ing scam, I would highly recommend to not go here to get your vehicle repaired because they will find a way to screw you over, even after all the stress and trauma you have already endured.

Needed some retaining clips for the pillar filler piece in front of the mirror on my 2009 Kia Rio. Went to the dealer, Go Kia South, who told me that in order to get the clips I would have to order a new part, but if I went to Fusion Collision they would likely be able to help me out. Followed this advice and was helped by a lady at the counter who took the part to the back and came back with the 3 clips attached. No charge. Went home and it installed with no problem. Great friendly service. Sorry I did not take my Kia here for the repair in the first place. Someone backed into it in a church parking lot, while attending a funeral, leaving without a note. I would definitely recommend Fusion Collision

So far I have had an amazing experience with Fusion! The gentleman (Leon) who did the estimate was courteous and thorough. He explained everything to me in detail and really took his time. I felt comfortable using Fusion right away. To top it all off, due to several setbacks from dealing with the at fault party and booking the rental vehicle, I have had to reschedule several times. I have felt terrible about it and they have been nothing but courteous and rebooked me when it was convenient for me, which is amazing. Im truly impressed and I havent even had my experience complete yet. 5 stars!

As far as work is concerned I am somewhat satisfied as I have l go back to get the headlights buffed that were not part of the repair but have some paint material on it. Secondly they have to be committed to the delivery date, I was told that my vehicle will be ready by Wednesday afternoon, on Thursday afternoon when I didnt hear back I called to inquire and was told by the end of Thursday it will be ready. I got my vehicle back on Monday afternoon. It caused me inconvenience as I planned my weekend based on their initial delivery date which was not met or at least honestly communicated.

Over the years, I have had 4 occasions to use Fusion Collision. Most recently our 6 month old vehicle was damaged by a hit and run driver. Most disappointing! Today when I picked it up, it was back to showroom condition. The paint was a perfect match and not a ripple anywhere. Fusions service is as good as their work. Professional is an understatement. They know their business and they understand clearly that good service is what keeps customers coming back. It works, after all, I have been back 4 times. 5 stars, I highly recommend.

Had a terrible experience, took my mustang for service, they promised the car by a certain day, didnt get it back to us till over a week after that date becuase they didnt see parts that needed to be replaced when they did their estimate, then when we got it back there was overspray all over the back of the car where the work was getting done and the trunk didnt even latch closed, they kept the car for another week and finally we got our car back nearly a month later, they would not return calls, would not recommend this shop to anyone

Very prompt service right from the booking till the delivery of the vehicle. Denise at the front desk is very good at follow up. I had a good experience and would definitely recommend Fusion collision. One thing that I would like add is: It would be really nice if during the delivery of the vehicle someone from the Fusion Team could walk up to the car with customer and explain the customer the repair work that has been done. It just provides another level of satisfaction to the customers. Other than that everything A+ :)

I had brought my vehicle to fusion collision after my first accident. I literally had no idea what to do! The appraiser, Frankie, took care of me from start to finish. From the time I walked through the door to the time I picked up my car, he was there to talk me through the whole process and reassure me that my truck was going to be in good hands. And it was! Repairs were flawless, Frankies customer service was flawless, and they even dealt with my insurance company for me! Wonderful job fusion!

One Star and that is TOO generous. I got them to paint and install a spoiler as well as some rear covers. The Spoiler was installed lop sided and the adhesive tape they used on the bumper covers are coming off. They gave the excuse of " aftermarket parts never fit properly". The parts were installed less then 2 years ago and the car has only seen the road less then 10 months. Will never use them again and would recommend painting and installing parts yourself rather then go to these people
