Just pulled into Edmonton wednesday for a 5 night stay at a local rv park. slideout will not work . we bought our rv from Fraserway RV in Abbottsford 6 months ago and i remember seeing Fraserway RV in Edmonton so i thought no big deal ill give them a call. called wednesday left message, no call back.called front desk ,transferred to service left message again , no call back .getting a little worried as its close to the long weekend.called the Abbotsford location asked them to call and give them my number, still no call back .Started calling thursday morning first thing still cant get a hold of service .I was desperate ,called 23 times no response .Called another rv repair place , Rv Country Services ,John answered phone said they were very busy but bring it in they will see what they could do .Got a call three hours later all fixed, trailer was ready for pick up .I called Fraserway RV after i picked up my trailer to voice my concerns ,was transferred to the managers voicemail. i hung up . i realize that Fraserway RV is busy this time of year .But customer service is important every day. i really would have appreciated a returned phone call during this stressful time.

Not a good experience at all. We wanted to look at the Thor Ace motorhome which was sitting on your lot but hadnt the post rental inspection done on it so the salesman didnt know how to work the slide or ] much else. The sales manager came out and he reeked of the night before booze as he tried to explain away why nothing was ready or working. We had the money that day to buy it but it would of been 4 days in the shop getting ready for us. So Im just saying if you get these units in and expect people to buy them when they are not even ready that is not good business sense. Also your sales staff were dressed really grubby looking. I dont expect them to wear a suit but at least a nice shirt and dress pants if you are dealing with customers who are dropping thousand of dollars.Anyways we bought one at another dealer and drove it away that day

I recently bought a new 2015 StarCraft Galaxy from Fraserway RV in Edmonton. My sales rep. Randy was fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. The finance team was fantastic and the sales manager was exceptional. The delivery guy gave me a great break down on how the unit worked. I recently brought the trailer in for some service work and winterization and Levi was top notch to deal with. I have personally been in the car business at one local car dealership for 21 years and understand the whole process. Fraserway RV is a fantastic dealership to deal with and I would highly recommend anybody to them. Keep up the great work guys and thank you very much for making my dealings with you extremely exceptional.

Had a GREAT experience!!! We just picked up our brand new RV on Friday. We had a super great experience from searching for the right RV to actually picked it up. Our unit was broken Into while being serviced.. broken into on their own lot. 8,000 $ worth stolen and $6000 worth of damage. They had no cameras ( yes they say they do) and the cost was on our shoulders... Went through insurance and had to pay both deductables for contents and damage. Zero consideration from Fraserway. Then used them for the repairs... Worst customer service on the repairs... Done with this place... Think twice folks....

We are so appreciative of Fraserway Rv, they were the only RV repair dealership that responded to us in our time of need. I had emailed every RV Repair shop in Edmonton! We are from Yellowknife and unfortunately we blew a tire on our AClass RV and with that tire it took out our propane and some electrical. Not only did they respond but fit us in right away. Fraserway RV is very professional, organized and thoughtful! Thank you!!!!

Not worth your time!!! The girl was not knowledge on parts or products for RV trailers in their "Parts Dept". I was just looking for simple parts that they did not look up to ensure correct fit. She just tried to pass off some other part that she had no clue about, correct fit, or ask if it was for the left or right side. Or even recommend a solution to correct the problem. Very disappointed!!! Never again

Very disappointed in sales manager! Tried to purchase a brand new 5th wheel- " cash purchase", and was told that Fraser Way was not interested? They would not make any money on a cash deal- so I went to another dealer! Made a purchase, then got a call from sales manager- 1 week later, wanting to sell me a new unit?!

Great atmosphere at this business - they donate to animal rescues and I had the pleasure of picking up their donations - will absolutely work with this business for any RV purchase or rental. Actually checked this out with them while we were volunteering our time for the animal rescue. We will be back !

Fantastic experience! We bought our first trailer with Frazer RV, and couldnt be happier! Best service of any dealership, no hidden costs, unbelievable financing team, and of course a patient, knowledgeable, and friendly sales rep! It wasnt a purchase, it was a journey into a new summer lifestyle!

Used FraserWay a couple of times on my first trailer (74 Boler) and found they were great. Trying to book in new trailer for service, and after 2.5 days, still waiting for a call back (this has happened once before, a week ago). Customer service has gone down hill as of late.

From the website: "Were here to help base camp your outdoor adventures; from Tent Trailers [...]." We walked in and asked to look at tent trailers. And we were told they dont deal in tent trailers. This would have been good to know before driving in from Sherwood Park.

Our water pump was not working, we were all packed and ready to start our road trip! Fraserway service department fixed it without an appointment.We are very impressed with the way they took care of us! I fully recommend this company!

The entire process was extremely painful. I would strongly recommend you go to another dealership. Arrkan trailer has way better service and much nicer staff. Will be taking my unit there from now on.
