I dont get the complaints about this Fountain Tire. Maybe some other Fountain Tire shops leave something to be desired, but I never had any serious problems with the shop in Callingwood. In fact, all but two of the jobs I had done on my car were done at this location. In other words, this shop got more business from me than any other automotive shop. I wouldnt be a repeat customer if I wasnt satisfied with the work done. The staff always called to let me know when work was done, and it was always done to my satisfaction. The ONLY exception was the time when I took my car in for an oil change and asked to have the tires inflated as well. The oil was changed, but the tires hadnt been inflated. Not a big deal: I asked when I came in to pay the bill, and the staff took care of it right away. One time I had a really strange situation where my car couldnt seem to produce heat, and no one I talked to could figure out what the problem was. I had the thermostat replaced and bled out the Prestone, but that made no difference. The guys at the shop were able to quickly diagnose the unlikely source of the problem: a cable had come lose at one end over time, and reconnecting it was all it took to have my car producing heat during the brutally cold winter. Well done, guys! I may have paid a little more to do business with this shop, but I was happy to do so because I always received reliable service for my money. (I wasnt charged for tire inflation, so I cant hold that against the company, and it was something that was quickly remedied as soon as I brought it up a second time.) The staff are courteous, informative, and did good work to earn my repeat business.

At the end of last November, I took my car to this Fountain Tire to have my winter tires put on. They asked over the phone if the tires were on rims or if I shared a set between the summer and winters, the latter of which I confirmed. I was quoted a price and told that it was first come, first served and it would be better to arrive as early as possible for same-day service. Everything was fine and dandy until I picked up the vehicle later that day and was given a bill for more than double what I was quoted on the phone. When I asked why it was so high and the guy said it was over $40/tire if they werent on their own rims. I was very upset and explained that I had been quoted otherwise but there was nothing for it - they did not offer anything to rectify the error on their end - the bill was due and I needed my car back. He also said those summer tires had one more season on them. I considered leaving this review then but decided it was just a mistake and I could let it go. Until today, when I got a call from my new garage saying two of the summer tires I brought in were well below the safe level for usage, with the other two not far behind. While the service was friendly enough at this location, being given inaccurate information multiple times is not an acceptable business practice. Now I am stuck driving around on my winters until I can save up enough for new summer tires, which I could have been doing all along, if this Fountain Tire hadnt given me false information. I live in the west-end and love supporting the nearby businesses, but my experience with the Callingwood Fountain Tire was quite disappointing.

i used to work here for the "new owner" they constantly scratched vehicle rims and never mentioned to the customer, instead saying it was like that when you happen to notice. they will crack and damage hubcaps and not say anything.... most of the staff are open drug addicts.... even a few dings and dents in cars and they play it off like it wasnt them. the new "owner" constantly upselled stuff to people that they did not need, and was always pressuring me to pour napa brand house oil in every vehicle... wether you drove a mercedes, lexus, or even PAID for full synthetic it was not what you were getting.. i have even seen this "owner" glue peoples stuff together that someone has broken, and pass it off like it was already like that. MULTIPLE times they had their employees crossthread/force the wrong lug nuts on your vehicle just to make a $100 tire sale. they also charge everyone $20 for nitrogen when the facility in fact does not have nitrogen... stay clear from this place, they will lie to you and damage your car

Never go there again!! Very Rude..:( I took my 2012 Truck to do just a tire rotation. They said it will take around 10-15 min max, so I said okay, but I told them please not more than that because I have to go and pick up my son from school. It took them 25 minutes and when they are done and drove my truck and parked outside the shop, So I kept asking them to give me my keys as I can see my truck waiting outside but no one ever cared to answer or to show any response. When I finally had enough, one of the front counter guy through the keys at me in a very rude way and didnt even look at me or apologize for the wait. As a result I got late to my sons school and his teacher wasnt very happy as he was last one to leave. The staff was very rude and irresponsible. I will never go back or recommend this shop for any one who cares about the quality of people and service he would like to receive in such shops. Fountain Tire @ Callingwood suckssss...

Ever since I had a bad experience with Denny Andrews Ive been taking my truck here for all the jobs that I havent had the time or tools to do myself. I have to give a big shoutout to Zenon and his crew here, after new tires, axle seals, a rack and pinion, drum brakes, ebrake, and now a finicky thermostat and housing I can say I will be taking my vehicles here from now on. Had a leaky thermostat, which was replaced but continued to leak. Took it back, personally talked to their owner Zenon and mechanic Brian (very professional) about the leak that returned and it has been sorted out. Always returned in a timely fashion, usually same day service depending when you take it in, and just overall a great experience. Look forward to returning again when needed guys. Thanks again!

Great group of people. Will was straight with me. I had an older car and I knew I hadnt done much to it since Ive had it so I wasnt surprised there were some issues even though I took it in for only an oil change I asked for their honest opinions on things. The recommendations they had were reasonable and they showed me what they were talking about too. They were also able to tell me how urgent things were. I had some of the work done and it was done well. Ill definitely be back for more.

This is the worst shop I have ever been to. I left the car there for three hours after telling them very specifically what is wrong and what needs to be done. After 3 hours they phone to tell me they have done nothing. They charged me $149 for a diagnostic for which I had already told them what the issue was. Please save your money and avoid the slow and poor service that this store provides. WARNING!!! Do Not Go Here
