usually i never bother to write reviews but this time i am making an exception. this place is beyond belief! exceptional service and attention to customers needs is what it stands for. you will never be disappointed with their service . its consistently fantastic. these people are professionals and they know what they are talking about. I am very impressed with their knowledge about their services. their work is flawless and shows how well they pay attention to their job. all this with in reasonable price for their service. the time frame they quote is practical and impressive. i would strongly recommend this place for anyone who has suffered bad experiences with huge dent in their wallets. you will know what exceptional service you get here , only if you try!

Same Day Appraisal, Next Day Parts Delivered and painted, Next Day Parts and Windshield installation and Pick Up at a price that I found very reasonable and came with a full warranty. This is a family owned business that has been operating for a number of years and were very efficient and courteous. I would encourage anyone that needs body work or windshield replacement in Edmonton to try them first. Having to find a reliable reasonably priced body shop is stressful enough without having to wait weeks just to get estimates, warranty policies and quotes, wait longer again to actually get the vehicle repaired and not knowing what to expect in terms of workmanship.

These guys are truly amazing this was my first time ever dealing with a body shop, and let me tell you I was nervous however with the professionalism, kindness, and personable approach this shop has to offer I went from nervous to very confident. Needless to say I brought in my 2010 civic Tuesday which by the way is a day earlier than originally suggested I got it back by Thursday which again is a day earlier than expected that to me was AMAZING not to mention the repair is like brand spankin new if I could give more than 5 stars out of 5 trust me I would. Highly, highly recommend this shop. Also should I mention I am insanely picky when it comes to my cars.

WOW!! are the words that some to mind. Fix auto south is the only place I will take my vehicle from now on! they now have a customer for life. The staff really cares about you as a client. My car looked brand new and 10 years younger after I got it back. Vladimir was very nice and professional ! Staff was friendly and serviced my vehicle as soon as I arrived as I had no other means of transportation. Route 66 Autobody was a great experience and will definitely recommend to anyone I know. The mechanics were knowledgeable and guided me to a friendly neighbour for a great deal on tires. They went above and beyond when they re-adjusted the tire-rods with the new tires i had installed next door. Overall great shop and recommend to all!!!

It is hard to believe there are companies that still have ethics and customer service. My experience with this family owned shop is completely positive with competent friendly counter staff, estimators, paint, repair and service. The repairs and paint were done with attention to detail. Just recently converted from Route 66 to FixAuto but still privately owned. I could not consider going anywhere else.

I had my out of province inspection done here a few weeks ago. They were very professional and completed the inspection on time. They offered cheaper deals than others I searched. A week later, someone rear ended my car and I came back to them. They inspected my car right away and provided an estimate for free. I really like the service they provide. They are also very knowlegable. Highly recommended.

Very quick and polite service. They were willing to do a minor and cheap repair on a piece of trim on my older vehicle that ten other shops I called were unwilling to do for less than $1500. Now family and friends go here and all are happy. Forget Herbers where youll wait for weeks. This is a great and honest family owned place where they do a fantastic job.

My Hyundai Tucson was backed into recently which resulted in damage to the back bumper.Vladimir and his staff were extremely accommodating in arranging the repair. The work was topnotch!
