At first they seem nice, willing to help, friendly but then if there is any sort of problem afterward or you have questions about your vehicle, they seem to get agitated. They dont even want to come out of the building to come check the problem you are facing without paying them for their time. Very disappointed because Ive come along with friends to get the problem on their vehicle assessed but as soon as I went for the for my problem ride height they told me I have to pay for every minute of their time. Their are many OTHER shops out there willing to help or quickly check a problem. Its called good customer service. Re: *If you want to help you guys have my cell number. You guys did re adjust my coilovers but you also did recommend I come back after a month or 3000 km to get them re adjusted. Like you say I care back a week later. Not nessisarily for the readjustment but because there was a noise from my front coilovers ONLY AFTER you guys installed my suspension. You guys confirmed it wasnt anything to do with my other components and told me it came from the coilovers. And yes my car has 60000km still low Km compared to many of the cars you guys work on and my vehicle is service regularly. You also said we "confirmed" the ride height but then tell me that the parking lot is uneven so how can I confirm the height of my car when you yourself say you cant verify when its in a slanted lot. So I dont think its fair that I came back to you guys sooner than I should have mainly due to a strange sound coming from my front and for you guys to adjust my damping and you guys count that as my "FREE readjustment"? Im not sure its very difficult to adjust the single side of my vehicle. Plus the customer service when I came in to address the situation yesterday was ridiculously rude. Its great you guys have 5 star reviews but I dont think that has to do with reality. Many other car enthusiasts may not have opinion.

Great service. Got a full timing belt/water pump etc. replacement by them. Not only were they priced better than competitors, they were able to book my service in much quicker as well. Very honest shop as well as they notified me that they would check other seals in the engine while they were in there, but deemed they did not require replacement. Finished my car in less than a day on a Saturday which was very convenient. I will not hesitate to bring all my future repairs there.

Finally I found a performance focused shop that does not price gouge! Top notch team from the front out the house right back to the technicians getting the job done on the cars. FGP can handle any basic work up to the most exotic imported cars, parts and upgrades. I look forward to working with them on future plans and seeing their personal cars in action.

These guys are really friendly and have amazing prices. Anyways if you think your current autoshop might be scamming you, try switching to this one. They are fair and straightforward, and they always do an inspection with any service. been to them for over a year now servicing 2 regular sedans (not racing or modified cars).

Ive heard their story and these guys have that gearhead passion and experience. Prices are also fair. Highly recommended.

No nonsense and honest guys who will tell you what you need done and only recommend whats important. You dont get any sense of upselling for unnecessary maintenance or tune ups. Been going to these guys since they opened and cant ever go back to a dealer or other repair shops. I trust them.

Leo and his staff are a great bunch and customer service is top notch. Took my STI in a few times a while ago when I still had it, and these folks know their Subarus. They also keep things stocked, which makes it easier than having to order online and wait a few weeks for things to arrive.

First gear has such great service they were able to diagnose what was wrong with my car for a lower price then other shops. They care about your car like it is there own. I would definetly come back if there was a problem with my car again. Dont go anywhere else but here

Great Service. Nick and Leo are awesome. This shop was recommended to me from an old friend (Ryan) and I dont mind driving across the city to have my cars serviced with them. I almost forgot to mention: they have a PS3 at their customer waiting area.
