I helped my neighbour who is well into his seventies fix his Toyota Rav4. We diagnosed the vehicle and determined it had an intermittent problem with the brand new ignition coil that he had replaced just over a year ago. At that time the new coil was $115 and now he needed to buy another one. Trying to make his pension go further he wanted to try used this time rather than new. We were referred to Eskimo by another auto wrecker saying that their computer showed they had the right part. Over the phone Eskimo gave my neighbour a great price on a used ignition coil and it also came with a warranty. Upon arriving to pick up the part one finds a very busy place. It looks cluttered but seems to be an extremely organized business. For example the front shack is stuffed to the roof with used auto parts but every part is tagged and when it came our turn in line the guy looked the part up on his computer and we had it in hand in less then two minutes. This used ignition coil did fix the problem. In helping my neighbour I learned two things, ignition coils can fail intermittently and Eskimo is a great place for used parts.

I called for a 2004 Accord engine that was ready for pick up. I went there the next day to find out that its not there anymore after a wait of 45 minutes. I was told to come back the next day since they located another one. I arrived the next day at 8 :40 am I walk in and they had a German Shepard on the loose that attacked me but thank god i was able to shut the door on time. I waited for 20 minutes to check the engine then but they couldnt start the car to check the Kilometers on the engine and while i was waiting i was asking the son of the owner how come the engine says 2005 he said they were the same and explained that he guarantees that it wont cause any issues. But the owner didnt like the fact i was asking questions and he snapped at me in a very rude way and opened the cage for the dog in which the dog tried to attack me again. I have never seen this in my entire life. If you are planning to go there make sure you not go alone cos these people are unethical with a temper problem.

I love these guys they have the best prices on used parts knowledgable staff, customer service from a team of men is awsome, I recommend Eskimo Auto for all used parts. If they dont have the part and you cant find it they will go the extra mile to find whatever you need at reasonable rates. Only wish their mascot (german shepard) that used to greet everyone could still do her job, she was a delight every time i visited thier shop, but due to some customers poor review she is no longer aloud in shop, boo to you customer, us regulars enjoyed her company and cant wait for her to return to shop to greet us who love her!!! Refreshing to have her there sad now that she is not. This team is one i recommend for all your vehicle part needs!!! Thabks guys look forward to seeing you again( but not to soon though)

A good business makes its name on how they resolve an issue. After a rocky start I posted a review. The owner, Italo, contacted me within the hour. With full accountability he had everything resolved by the next day. Its impressive to see some stand behind their business like that. Original review: Hate to be harsh but have to give the feed back. 1st- wasnt made clear parts are two day wait. No a big deal. 2nd- part isnt ready the day its supposed to be. Not so bad but I called twice that day and was told "it might be." Was promised a call back when its ready. 3rd- 3 days go by. I call and get, "we likely wont be able to get it." No alternative timeline offered. No call to let me know so I could look else where.

So I was in an accident with my 300C way back in 2013. Ive done all of the cosmetic and body panel replacement myself. I searched high and low for match paint parts. After nearly giving up I found Italo at Eskimo auto parts and he had all the parts I needed and they were reasonably priced. Italo is my go to for any parts Ive needed since and I will continue to a Loyal repeat customer. So if you have an auto restoration project on the go. I think they better start taking inventory of their stock. You have to drive over there and give 30% down payment, wait a day or two for parts to come from some storage place out of town. If it arrives they are suppose to call you but you will end up calling them as you get frustrated waiting. Only reason they didnt call was because they didnt have the part. In the meantime they leave you hanging. Very disorganized organization compared to other wreckers. It shows when you drive up....I began to wonder !

AVOID******* AVOID****** AVOID WORST AUTO WRECKER IN TOWN. I HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED MY PARTS FROM AUTO WRECKERS. THESE GUYS SO FAR ARE THE WORST. ORDERED A PART FOR CAR RECEIVED THE WRONG PARTS AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE THEY BLAMED IT ON ME. WAS REFUSED A REFUND NOW I AM STUCK WITH THE WRONG PART. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR CALL RODWAY, ALLWEST, ALDONS AND LKQ. AFTER I DONE SOME DIGGING AROUND FOUND OUT THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR PARTS FROM OTHER WRECKERS DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT CALL THEM AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF.

As always, Italo gives excellent service and deals! I was replacing my Explorer rear glass hinges when the glass exploded on me, so I called for a replacement. He had it pulled and ready on time for me. The day I was to go get it, I sustained a torn muscle off my rib and couldnt pick it up. He held it for a few weeks until I was able to get it and was given help, including good advise medically! Amazing guy that Ive been dealing with for 16+ years! Thanks Italo and all the boys! keep up the good work.

Purchased a 1992 dakota 3.9l engine 77000 on it for 800 after installing and warming up could here timing chain noise contacted owner bought me replacement parts and gaskets s*** happens after sitting it wasnt till it warmed up to notice noise all in all pain in the butt to change but in my opinion good place stands behind there products takes care of there customers will definitely be purchasing my used parts here in the future thanks guys

these guys are a rip off, and try to scam you on parts. I tried purchasing a used Infiniti M45 cluster from them over ebay, and they are asking 300 US dollars. this part sells for 233 and change over infiniti parts canada, they counter offered me 225, for a USED part. most of these clusters sell for 60-120 US in the states. some advice, get off ebay if you cant even be competitive. Theyve grown into quite the useful parts supplier. No longer just a used wrecker yard, now great deals of products, new parts, used parts from a computerized inventory, will hunt for you, Ive had a few great items from there. Theyve added services like tires too, and some mechanical work. Could be very handy given the location!
