Booked online a car but none were available and they had to send me across the city to get one. They told me the corp website purposely lies to clients on availability just to get people in the door. The local shop told me they know this and its a percentage game. "Not real time inventory" Will not ever use again. If you can not trust their website they dont deserve our money. As I finished this review they came running out and a vehicle came in , cleaned it up and saved me a trip across town at least. Local guys get it, and tried to save the bad review, only for it to get worse. But they never saved the details from online so we had to go through it all again. Made the boss come over to even sign in person because they dont do things over phone or a secure website. They dont play nice with Partner websites like Expedia etc. Again if you read this youre more technologically advanced they their systems are. Do not use Enterprise. You have many options. Use ones that know how to use technology and doesnt lie to potential clients. Not ideal for business or their employees use that care about things like getting on the road in timely manner

This was my first experience with enterprise but have used other rental companies in the past. Unfortunately, one of our vehicles was in an accident so we were introduced to enterprise because they are the "go to" rental for our insurance company. The team at enterprise was surprisingly not what I expected from a rental company. They definitely haven time to be professional and stand out in a good way and I really like that. Not only did I feel like catered to but we received a much nicer vehicle then we expected. When we picked up the vehicle Nana helped us and went through everything, he made it stress free and fun to be getting the keys to this very clean and brand new truck. He was very thorough and checked everything to ensure that I felt comfortable with the current condition. He was so helpful and accommodating that he literally split his pants in an effort to help us and did it with a smile on his face too. In the future, I would not choose a rental car from a group site that compares prices I would just deal with enterprise because of the experience I had over the 3weeks I drove their truck. Thanks ENTERPRISE!

Rented a car from them and got a minor crack to the bumper. I took pictures of the small damage and showed them and was completely honest with them and exactly a month later I got an Invoice for $1200 as they had to replace the entire bumper and paint it all and on top of it charge me for 4 wheel alignments???? I am surprised they didnt paint the entire car, replace the air bags and the drivers seat because it was in such a HUGE accident that caused a minor crack to a corner of the bumper!!!! Do not use these guys....SCAM ARTISTS!!! They will try anything to rip you off Im just not stupid to pay for such ridiculous things but I wonder how many other people who dont know do. You have been warned do not use Enterprise Rent A Car!!!

Not a good experience... I always use enterprise when I travel with great service so this was surprisingly bad. I waited an hour for my car and was told to stand outside. Complete chaos inside. Stood outside in hot sun for 45 minutes. On return my car checked in and signed off with no damage noted. 24 hours later I received a call stating I damaged the car. This all felt like a scam and I am still worried they will charge my credit card for this "damage ". I have sent a complaint to enterprise about this with no response. Needless to say I was not impressed.

I recently took my vehicle in to get repaired after an accident and needed a loaner vehicle during the days that it was in the shop. This was my first time using a rental vehicle company and they were amazing. They made every effort to ensure I was happy with the experience and the vehicle. They asked if I wanted a SUV to match what I own but they didnt have one available. However, it was not a big problem for me and I drove a car for the couple days. They were wonderful to deal with and I would definitely recommend.

Despite my earlier requests, the car was not available at the shop. Enterprise staff dropped me and and promised to drop the car later on. When it arrived, the car tank was not really full. I hardly drove a hundred meters when the fuel tank gauge showed a drop of one line When I returned the vehicle filling the tank to the same level, enterprise charged me for the fuel difference which was not justified. Overall, the service from this rental branch was not satisfactory.

Our customer service rep was very friendly, informative and really cared about our needs. She allowed us to have our two small dogs in their rental after a mix up at our car dealership. The shuttle service was awesome and had no issues or delays in booking it. We also left our keys in the rental vehicle and when we called them, the immediately offered to have them shipped to us ASAP. Definitely recommend this location! Their customer service reps are AWESOME ! :)

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! This place is a joke ever since the new manager took over late last year in september 2012. His name is Ryan, he screwed up my credit card by running multiple deposits while i was out of the country. Master card froze my account un till the called me in mexico to find out what was happening. This retard doesnt know how to do his job and should be fired! Previous management was awesome. Sad to see a location fall so far, so fast.

Fantastic service. Levi and his colleagues were outstanding to deal with throughout the experience. Picked me up (on time), efficient, thorough, friendly, the car was up to expectations, and the price was very reasonable. They even called later that day just to say "thanks for coming in". What more would you want? Great job Enterprise West Edmonton!

Im difficult to deal with and they were brilliant and patient. Went above normal levels to make sure I received the car i wanted, which was getting an oil change when I arrived. Went and got the car and made sure I got it. Michelle Herder was awesome and Spencer took the brunt, politely, of my impatience. Well done.

The staff at this west end location were fabulous. It was a very busy Sunday morning and they made sure everyone was acknowledged and comfortable, they worked efficiently and as quickly as possible to get people through, and still made us feel as if we were their top priority. I had a car collision last week and all the insurance and body shop process was a big hassle to me but great customer service of branch manager Michelle Herder at Enterprise caused to forget my bad day. She and all the staff were nice and welcoming! It was a great experience.
