I am writing this review to educate people about this business and to share my unique and distasteful experience here, so that you can prevent having to go through something like this. I would like to clarify this is not another internet troll, this is a legit person who actually went to this place and had a terrible experience. This is a WARNING to all the people out there to AVOID this place like the Plague and here’s why- First of all, I did not even buy a car from the saleman/owner. Now, I wonder what would have happened had I bought the car from this guy. I don’t have a problem with the vehicle/car – it seemed to be in good condition. It was the customer experience which was unique, and unpleasant leaving a bad aftertaste in your mouth and you feel like kicking yourself for even stepping into this place. Now for my actual experience. 1. The favorite tactic used at this dealership is fear-mongering. He has made a living doing this. He tries by scaring you about how bad your credit is or could be, how no bank will give you a loan etc. This process went on for a few weeks. I have been here alone a few times and also with company and I see the difference – he pressure sells you and also intimidates you with car jargon that I don’t understand more when I’m alone. 2. Once you like the car, and you get the price you want. It makes you seem it is too good to be true, it probably is. He obviously upsells with warranty, etc. (standard). Herein, it could be a win-win for both parties, if interested. Now, god forbid you don’t like the full package and decide to silow a portion of the deal & only want the car- no extras that’s when you see the other side of Dr. Jekyll. 3. Obviously things don’t work out. He does not sell it without warranty and I don’t take it. No worries, I take my business elsewhere, but decide to leave a review of my experience (not using my username) so that other naïve people like me might benefit from my experience. That’s when he turns into Mr. Hyde and messages me threatening to sue me for defamation if I do not take down the review. No worries, I take it down and write this new, detailed review using my “real id”. #legitreview #notrolling Lesson learnt from this harrowing experience, DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time, energy, money because it’s precious and you have better things to do. Here’s the other thing, in my car buying venture I went to many dealers (>5) and obviously bought the car only from 1 one of them. No one harassed me post the car purchase (or non-purchase) as much as this guy. The whole purpose of google reviews is - so that people give their honest opinion. It is created so that people get a feel of what this place could be. It is totally based on their individual experience. People might have a good/bad experience. Mine just happened to be of the worst kind. Hence, I decided to leave my 2 cents. Just because someone gives you a rating that you are not happy with does not mean you threaten and intimidate them into taking it down. And that is exactly why most people don’t bother giving their feedback/review with some of the bad dealers and hence people like this get away with this type of activity. STOP BEING A BULLY. Man up and Improve your customer service and that’s all that is needed. You would not want yourself or your family members to be treated or threatened like this. Personally, I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. In fact, even not buying a car from this place could prove to be a costly affair you would surely regret. So, if you’re smart, make the right choice. This place is a boil on the buttocks of humanity (&dealerships), so choose wisely.
