Old School Business, New School Service!!! I am not the kind of person to write reviews and truthfully never have.... until today. We live in a fast paced world which is only getting faster and harder to differentiate, Economy has done a good job doing this by focusing on the people, their products and customer experience. My 08 Titan had a manifold leak and a couple rattles... I called down in the morning and was surprised to hear, "just come on down!" Upon arrival Don recognized the Truck, knew what I was after and quickly directed me to bay 3. Gord..... Gord is the man! An old school personality that you can tell knows his stuff, deep experience! A couple bangs and clangs later my rattle was confidently fixed. The exhaust manifold ended up being quite costly and put off until a later date, however the rattle repair to the exhaust was free and unexpected. In my opinion Economy has earned a loyal future paying customer. I will be back and can confidently recommend / refer people to this company. Thank you Tire Warehouse for the referral to Economy. I took my car in to Arnold and had a quote done on replacing my exhaust manifold. Not only did they spend the entire time trying to convince me I had after market parts in my car, they quoted me at 900 dollars "probably more" to fix it because it was custom. I promptly went down the street to Midas where they charged me 600 for a full replacement AND complete oil change/flush, all without mentioning my supposed "after market parts". Will never go here again, just some small time mechanic trying to avoid going out of business by charging you for what you dont have. Way happier paying 300 less at Midas. Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely fantastic service! Arnold went above and beyond anything we could have expected. No shop in the city had rims to fit the car we were trying to repair Arnold reached out to other mechanics and found a solution to our problem with the rims we wanted. The process of trying to find rims that would work was over a week long for myself, Arnold had the solution after a couple days and working on his own time. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than the other dealerships we went to and it was done within two days. Great service, great standards, great prices!

Marked up a part by 100% When I questionned the price of a part he wanted to show me he buys direct from the dealership so it costs more. He went and grabbed his reciept and held it about 4 feet away to show me the logo - I asked to see it and saw he had doubled the price. When asked about it he said "thats how I make money". I understand the need for mark up but thought this was excessive. After four loyal years this was my first visit under the new management and I wont be going back. Took two days to fix the car and then overcharged.

I have been to a lot of auto repairs in my day and I have to say that Economy Muffler on the Fort road is by far the best place to get any kind of repair done, quickly and inexpensively. The staff is the friendliest I have ever known. I recommend this shop for any auto repair you may have now or in the future. I give these guys 2 thumbs up for customer service (It would be more but I only have 2 thumbs). All repairs that I have had done on both my vehicles has been top rate and cost effective. Keep up the awesome job.

I went in and he wouldnt let me speak a full sentence always cutting me off, and trying to convince me I had to pay for more, he even raised his voice at me in front of my son. He thought my gas cap wasnt tight enough but I told him that wasnt the problem and that I tried tightening it already
