The people are very nice, prices are good, and I love that the mechanics are conservative when diagnosing so they dont charge you an arm and a leg, however Ive recently taken my car there twice (2010 crown victoria) and they misdiagnosed low speed knocking sounds coming from the left wheel which im now quite sure is a worn out wheel bearing. It is especially noticeable when turning left at low speeds about 10-20km/h , so i think it is the wheel bearing. They did replace sway bar linkage, left caliper, all rotors and pads, and still not getting better. However i am glad they repaired the things i listed above as they also needed replacement. I just wish they could of found the root problem which I originally complained about. I think i will give them a 3rd chance and let them know i think its the left wheel bearing. Otherwise Deol is great, the people are very nice, i would recommend to anyone on a budget. (:

I was visiting edmonton on long weekend, i had to leave edmonton to go back to saskatoon and realised i needed oilchange. I first went to millwoods auto and they said i will have to wait, but as i was in hurry, I called Deol auto and asked if it would take time, they said they will do it rightaway. But what happened? I come there and seat for an hour, when i asked they said, they dont have oild filter, and waiting. If they would have told me earlier when i asked on phone, i wouldnt have gone there. This is like bring customer here first, n once you take out old oil, customer has no option but to wait. I had to drive 500 kms but why would they care about time. I wish i would have just gone to mr lube or someone else (even millwoods auto as they would also have done before then what these ppl took time) who would be atleast honest about what they say!!! Poor service!!

. Took my car in to get my tires changed... the service was quick- but I had booked for 1 pm on the phone but was scheduled for 2pm. Thats fine. Easily overlooked because mistakes happen... but, My rims look like they took a damn crowbar to them. Ive taken my car to Go auto/ fountain tire several times and never had any damage as a result of a change over. I tried them because someone recommended them and they were down the street from work... Rims arent cheap- so thanks for that. I wont be doing anymore business here. If theres no consideration or care for my property- then why should I give you my money.

My Honda Civic 2000 has leakage issue and some more, Before repair I got the detailed information about the repair and cost, which was helpful in making my decision not to repair the car, rather buy a new one. Cos there was internal seal leakage in the engine, and they charge me just for half hour labour and thats it, which was amazing.

I had got a nail on my tire at around 6 on the evening. The store were closing. But the lady at the front desk and the technician were considerate. Repaired my tire in five minute. They coast me 23 cad(aprox).

came to get my wheel bearing replaced. They replaced the wheel bearing but murdered the hub in the process, had to get that replaced at a different shop which set me back $700.00. Avoid.
