I was going to buy a 2012 Mazda 3 that seemed to be in great condition. I wanted a pre-purchase inspection so I called Deans Auto Service to see if they could do it. Even though they were busy they did the inspection for me. They told me the car had a few minor issues, and severe hail damage. I went to the car and couldnt find any body damage. They told me to actually run my hand over the body panels. Then I felt all the hail damage on the top and sides of the car. The seller never mentioned the hail in his ad, or mentioned it to me. One of the employees asked the seller if the car had come from an auction in Calgary. The seller seemed kind of nervous. Thanks to Deans Auto Service I avoided buying a car with severe hail damage from a dis-honest seller.

The honest truth about this place is they do cheap work and dont care about the customers requests, in my honest opinion they are cheats and scammers and do a half assed job just to take your money. They live by three words " CHEAP FAST PERFECT" They do cheap work. They are fast. Their work is no where near perfect nor is it right. Which in turn means that their quality is crap and have no respect for the customers.

Horrible service so far. Was told they would beat Canadian tire and then after I paid to have it towed there they said it would be more then the initial quote and that their employee mis quoted me and they would not honor the quote. Now they have me by the balls because I paid to have it towed there. what a joke! will never go there again! THEY WILL LIE TO GET Your business!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! You will regret it

Very fast service, dropped it off at 9am was up on a lift by 920. Done by 11 problem fixed only charged 1.5 have hours labor. Dont listen to the guy below me, you dont know the cost of something until you open it up fully. They are estimated quotes.

I had a worst experience, They charged me $400 for nothing. I asked them to repair electric issue, after 3 hours spending on my car they did not find any solution. These guys are cheaters. Absolutely no to these guys.

Did my requested work but the young tech argued with me claiming my car had a turbo and the noise I was inquiring about was normal for a turbo.... My car definitely does not have a turbo (I wish..).
