My wife wanted to get the truck experience. Our next-door neighbour recommended us to Dan Clark at Driving Force. In all our prior 15+ years of vehicle searches and acquisitions, our experience with Dan surpassed all our expectations. She was able to share her likes, dislikes, needs, wants, and preferences for her truck-driving experience with Dan in the most congenial manner. We were shown several options for consideration with extra-ordinary efficiency and effectiveness. The end result.... Our budgetary targets were met, our timeline was fulfilled, and she now drives a quality truck. Many thanks for the tremendous service delivered by Dan. And me? Well... Happy wife!!!... Booked a car for my sister and brother-in-law who visited from New Zealand. This was at Driving Force location near Edmonton International Airport. Collecting the vehicle was sort of okay, but boy o boy what a nightmare when the vehicle was returned. My brother-in-law asked if their shuttle can drop him off at his hotel, they just responded with a NO. Charges was taken from his debit card as well as my Dads credit card (which is still not refunded). Dont rent from them, they treat you like a criminal and think they are doing you a favour.

I wasnt into getting the best price deal. Was keen on the quality of the car. DF gave us a 2014 Toyota Sequoia (a pleasant last minute surprise). Car came loaded, clean, well maintained and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Thanks for making our Tofino road trip an awesome experience. See you guys soon.

I rented a car from them and when i returned it they had the nerve to tell me the car smelled like weed. Im very insulted seeing that i dont even smoke cigarettes and i definitely do not smoke weed. It felt like a cash grab. I am so insulted i will never rent from them ever again.

Theses guys are thieves and scammers! I was billed $350.00 for a traffic ticket and never got proof. I cant possibly have been doing anything bad enough for this charge.
