My experience at this Crystal Auto Glass location was worthy of zero stars. I had my windshield replaced and the workmanship was nothing short of appalling. The windshield was not sealed properly. One week after install it rained and my car was filled with inches of water. I complained and they replaced my windshield in exactly the same way. Again my car was filled with water on the first rainfall. They refused to fix it this time. I had a conversation with the manager while looking at the windshield which was crooked and had obvious gaps - clearly visible from the exterior of the car - in which he claimed that it looked just fine to him. The water damage caused the wiring to my air conditioner to short out a week later. I took it to another shop to have the windshield repaired properly and the damage to the wiring fixed. A cost of over $1000 that I consider Crystal Auto Glass directly responsible for.

I understand that Edmonton has s****y roads but their refusal to fix a tiny crack on my windshield on their own expense was sad to say the least. Not to mention they are quite expensive. And they installed the windshield themselves. Guy said their warranty is only 30 days. Nowadays you have to stand behind your work. Fixing a tiny crack would be good pr but I guess they dont need it when they charge a lot for their work. And by the way if they wanna charge you 7** some dollars for replacing your windshield which is almost three times what competition quoted me; then saying it was a mixup and their new quote was now 3** something I wouldnt call it a mixup. Its plain fishing for unaware customers. Bottom line go anywhere but here. Youll save your money and dignity.

If I could give zero stars I would. I normally went to Crystal Glass in St. Albert because of their excellent service and work. I decided to go to the Fort Road location because its closer. They returned my car with a scratched up dirty dashboard, without exaggeration there was goop squishing in it of the sides of the windshield, and went it rained only a couple hours later flooded my car. Its one thing to do a hot high pressure wash on the window, but a simple rainfall shouldnt affect it. I cannot express enough how wrong I was about Crystal Glass. They offered zero compensation for their goof up. Disgusting. Do not deal with this company.

Helped me with an odd job - I didnt know where to go so I stopped off here. Turns out they are the nicest, most accommodating people. Cant speak to the windshield repair (Though I will definitely be going here when I need it!!), but their willingness to help really spoke to the quality of their customer service. Really excellent!

I had 2 rock chips repaired. Dropped my van off at lunch and returned in the afternoon. The repairs were complete and the windshield was clean. Also several of our staff members have had windshields replaced at this shop. Always a good price and quality work.
