If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would. First off I bought a 2013 ram with 50k on it, it was my first financed vehicle. I took it at a high rate so I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and build my credit. After making payments for 6 months I was baffled why my truck wasnt on any of my creditors websites. I was assured this was the only way I would be able to build my credit and get my favorite truck. After being told about 30 times the company I am using to finance through reports to creditors I finally got in touch with someone. The company then proceed to tell me they do not report to creditors an by law they do not need to. After this I had to refinance my truck through edmonton imports (who are a fantastic company BTW) and Put another huge down payment down just so I could build the credit. And to mention crossline lied to me stating I wasnt able to refinance the truck, and finding out that I actually was accepted Ive owned the truck for only a couple years and have had to put almost 15k into it after fixing the motor, replacing the motor, fixing transmission & suspension. Next we co-signed a 2012 Chrysler for my fiancees brother so he was able to have a car, the plan was the we had to co-sign for 6 months so he was able to take the car on his own. 6 months pass and hes ready to get the car on his own. We go back in to get this all sorted and guess what?!? They actually made it so we purchased the car an he had nothing to do with it. They made 2 bills of sale one for him that was bogus so he was able to insure and register it and one for us that was an actual purchase. Long story short, the company screwed us and has now stuck us with a car we never intended to buy but had no choice but to keep it. I strongly urge ANYONE that is looking for a new car to please be diligent and thing arent always as they seem and never as they seem with this horrible company. They are shady and have no intentions of keeping their word or any of your concerns at bay. They are in it for the money and theyll 7 pay you straight to the repo man. Being very close with the car dealership industry I can say personally this business doesnt care about you they just care about the money.

STAY AWAY. This was the worst experience Ive ever received. The sales person was new and polite. He did his job to the best of his abilities. However once the sales manager got involved, the sales person was belittled, embarrassed and the butt of every joke. The manager was aggressive, loud and outspoken! Being a customer with less then perfect credit because of the times, I was eager to begin again and knew that it wasnt going to be easy to get financed. The truck that i purchased had problem after problem. I finally decided enough was enough and after driving 3 hrs. every time I had to bring the truck in. I called and said I wanted out of the deal. After a long discussion on the phone, the very aggressive and vulgar manager wants to trade the truck for another one and they would drive to down to exchange right now. As the driver was on his way with a truck that I had never seen and was expected to exchange and "all the paper work would be taken care of". I thought to myself "Hell no"and called them to cancel the driver. Of course they said the driver had already left. I said "call him and turn him around" They said that he was almost there and to just give it a try. I refused. 3 hrs later I have a driver at my door with truck that had 45000 kms on it and was $20 000 more than my purchased truck. I sent him on his way. The manager calls me and verbally abuses me and says that I have a 400 payment to pay the driver. Then he continues to threaten me and says that he will send it to collection...I laughed and called BBB. HERES THE KICKER... I go into my bank and speak to them about the loan.... the truck is in the cosigners name and not in mine and the payments are coming out of my account. WTH. I guess a sale is a sale!!!! Bunch of crocks! BEWARE

I was in the market for another truck as I had sold my old one. I had heard good things about Crossline from a friend and decided to stop and have a look. All the good things that I had heard were true. I was met by one of the salesman, Kelly. I gave my parameters for what I was looking for and Kelly found me the right truck at a better price than I was expecting. The whole purchase experience was very pleasant and I am greeted with smiles every time I walk into the dealership. Kelly is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. You dont feel like you are talking to a salesman, it is more like you are talking to a friend. Michelle in finance was a joy to deal with as well. A small issue arose with the truck after I took delivery. I called Kelly and was instructed to bring the truck in to be looked at, which I did the next day. When I arrived the service personnel took over, determined what the problem was and ordered the parts to fix the truck. It was completed the same day with no cost to me. This is service going above and beyond what would normally be expected. I have been told by other dealers in the past, when issues like this arose, that it is no longer their problem as the vehicle was sold as is. These incidents were also within days of taking delivery. Wow, is Crossline a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for a vehicle, service for your vehicle or anything vehicle related you owe it to yourself to have a look at Crossline Truck and Auto sales, I am pretty sure you too will be impressed. Thank you Kelly and all the staff at Crossline.

We had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this dealership!!!! After all was said and done we ended up getting financing through a different dealership, I emailed the sales rep AVI which is noted below & his reply was absolutely disgraceful! Today at 11:59 AM Hi Avi, I just wanted to advise that my wife Alissa was approved for financing in the amount of $30K at an interest rate of 5.9% through BMO. The dealership we dealt with paid off my existing loan on the 2014 Jeep Compass & lowered the price on the 2014 Chev Equinox to make the sale work. Your dealership had advised there was no way my wife could get approved but it turned out that she was indeed approved. Your dealership lost a sale because we were going to deal with your office however we felt we were turned away and had a terrible experience! I was miss lead on many occasions from being told to stop by the dealership as there was an approval in place & yet when we showed up no one was expecting us. I just wanted you to know that if you were willing to work with us a deal could have been made, we have yet to even have a phone call/email to follow up to see if you were able to get my wife approved. We love our new 2014 Chev Equinox and love the dealership that went the extra mile for us! We will never deal with your office in the future based on the terrible experience we had. Very unsatisfied customer Troy Nicholle From AVI To Troy Nicholle Today at 12:07 PM Super !
