We were a sad couple of customers that just had a very horrible experience .. First off , these guys were fairly nice and the prices were cheap at the beginning , we thought this place knew what they were doing and would complete the deadline on our vehicle when they said it would be complete .. We had our truck dropped off at this shop on a Wednesday and the man said he would have our vehicle done by Friday and if not than it will be going for the weekend .. My boyfriend kept calling back everyday to see how its coming along .. it came to be Saturday and he phoned the shop and apparently there were things happening with their employees not showing up for work , in this case they didnt have enough employees to do the job and complete the deadline as we were told .. now its Monday and my bf calls to see how they are making out , the man (believed to be the name Bosh) (our mechanic) said he will take a look at the truck and they are going to pull it in and get started !! (they had the vehicle for 4 days now !! nothing even touched !!) on Tuesday , again , the bf calls to see how its coming along .. he phoned and phoned and phoned , finally got through and our mechanic wasnt in the shop yet , told him to call back in an hour , so he did .. he called back , this is now around 11 a.m and the guy still hasnt made it there .. the bf tried to ask some questions about the truck and the young employee responded " i dont answer the other mechanics stupid questions " ! the bf and i just couldnt believe it ! An hour later the mechanic phones saying " the transmission isnt the right one and the fly rod is broken " .. why wasnt this told to us last week , when the mechanic apparently looked at it the first time .. my boyfriend talked to Bash and actually took a day off work to go in and do the truck himself ! Now its Wednesday , truck has been here for a week and nothing done at all !! we just got sick of the run around and decided we will go somewhere else .. We called the tow truck driver to get the truck and take it to a different location , Clareview Auto Repair wouldnt give the keys to the tow truck driver because we had to pay 60$ for the work they did !! what did they do ?! we show up at the Clareview Auto Repair , Bash wasnt there .. there was the young boy with the baseball hat backwards and there was another pleasantly greeted man (philopeno) .. The young boy had a very rude and negative attitude towards my bf and i ( we never got any names besides Bash and the owner being Sam but this made it very clear on the rude employee my bf talked to earlier on the phone ) we paid the 60$ and got the tow truck on his way .. we asked for the invoice and was about to leave , Bash asks if the young boy " remebered the bag of bolts " .. so were figuring out a way to get the bolts to where the truck is .. suprisingly they offered to deliver it to the truck ! we get in the car to leave and we get a call that there is a part missing for the exhaust .. we knew it was there before we had it delivered it to Clareview Auto Repair so we asked where it could be .. Bash said he would check the cameras and give us a call when he finds out what happened to the part .. turns out this part was stolen from our truck ! for the part going missing , Bash says he will refund us our 60$ we paid .. not to mention , this is coming out of our own pockets ! Both tow truck deliveries for unfinished work $215 in total ! and my bf missing a day of work for their mistakes ! This is an extremely unorganized operation i do not recommend anyone to come to this place ! if it was possible to give 0 stars thats what i woulda gave !

This is the second time I have chosen clareview auto repair this month. First, I had winter tires installed. At this time of year, it is nearly impossible to get an appointment anywhere and at Clareview Auto Repair, I told him I would be there on Wednesday, and they got me in first thing. Second, I was having issues with my battery, I went in and right away they tested and installed a new battery within a half hour!! I have never been this impressed with service from an auto repair shop. If you need something fixed quickly and honestly, check these guys out!

Very good service, we had them to take a look at our car because we didnt know what was the issue. They said they persumed it to be a certain sensor and they were right but back then it wasnt too clear so they told us to wait until more clear signs occur, so we wont spend much money on replacing stuff that may not cause the problem. They didnt even take money from us for the diagnosis. Excellent shop!

Excellent Service. Owner Sam, really helped me out of a jam. I was quoted $4000 for an out of province inspection on a 02 Civic at the dealership. The car was running great but at that price, I would have to junk it. Sam managed to complete all the repairs for 645$ + 4 tires (CDN tire). Total was less than 1100$ and the car runs great. The ownership is very honest and hard working. Highly recommend.

I envy the people who have positive reviews on here, because my experience was horrendous. They had my vehicle multiple times over the course of approximately 2 months, Charged me close to $1000 dollars. And my vehicle was returned with more problems than it had to begin with. Save yourself the headache. Would not recommend!

I have a fairly expensive véhicule (Bmw x5m) and I am not afraid to bring it to those guys. I think it is one of the best garage in town. When I go to other places they always look like they are trying to RIP me off but not at clareview auto repair. They know what they are doing and for good price.

I dont usually do reviews but Midas gave me a quote of $1500 to fix my car, this shop did the same job for $800. They did an amazing job and were super fast and friendly. I will definitely go back for all my car repairs !!

Love these guys. Wouldnt trust any one else to touch my car. They do good honest work, for a fair price. Love that they take the time to explain whats being done and answer my questions. Cant recommend them enough!

Awesome. Got my car towed there and they fixed it without even me telling them what the problem was. And theyre so fast like 1 day for a decently big job. It looks sketchy but its great service. Go there for sure

This is the 3rd time ive used these guys and the are quick and dont over charge for labour. I recommend them to anyone in the area just dropped off my car for a brake job and labour was only 90 bucks. A+
