The first day I came to city ford I was dealing with a guy named Sean, I seen a mazda 6 I wanted to drive but I couldnt as they did not have a key for it... I got a very bad impression from sean because everytime I talked to him he would try to change the price we agreed on. I came back to be greeted by another salesman Wallace who recieved the key from Sean so I could test drive the mazda(Seans day off). Wallace began to tell me after test driving the Mazda I didnt want it because it needed work(why is there a vehicle on the lot that needs work). Despite these 2 salesman being quite sketchy I had my heart set on a lancer and decided to buy it. Within the first week of owning the car I was having several service issues. After a big hassle I finally got everything fixed. But after a few weeks of owning the car I came across another problem. There is snow out now and I cannot change the tires on my car because there are lock lug nuts on the tires and I dont have the key, I made several calls to city ford in hopes to get a key and nobody is willing to help me or return my calls! Now I have to go out looking and spend more money to get one. When I purchased my car I traded in my old Dodge SX 2.0. I made them aware that the dodge had SEVERAL SERIOUS mechanical issues and they said it wasnt a big deal and gave me trade in for the dodge anyways. When I returned THE NEXT DAY I seen my dodge for sale on the lot!!!! There is no way they fixed the many problems(did I mention many and serious?) on the car within a day. Makes you wonder if they actually inspect and repair the vehicles they sell!!!! I apologize to whoever purchased the dodge unaware of the issues!

I first came here after I had a car accident that left my old beater Toyota Echo with some ridiculously overpriced body damage. I figured why bother putting that much money into my old vehicle (while waiting weeks for stupid insurance adjusters to figure out the claim) when I could be possibly putting that money into something newer and something that is actually safe for me to drive around in? I met with Mo Denny who was such a great guy and effortlessly helped me through the process, including walking around the lot for a long time outside in a -30 degree blizzard. Just to help me find a specific vehicle I liked and that was in my price range! There was no pressure and I never felt like he was pulling my leg just to make a sale. Even when I was worried about my credit possibly being an issue, he told me to think positive and not be harsh on myself. He was just at all around genuinely nice guy. The process was quicker than I expected and I not only drove away with my first brand new car that I love (and can easily afford) but there were so many extras with it like a remote starter, full tank of gas, and a free detail cleaning for later. Im so excited to have my starter installed in the next few weeks, and Ive already suggested to my mom that she come here to look at trading in her vehicle for a better finance rate over the holidays (which she is). These guys are pros and treat even someone with a lower budget like they are just as important as someone coming in to buy a $50,000+ vehicle. Please dont hesitate to at least check these guys out!!

My husband abd i went in to look at vehicles to rebuild our credit. We didnt even have the vehicle in park and there was someone in our window, at firsy he was very helpful and polite but of course pushy. He flashed a great deal in our face ans sent us home with the car for the night and said he would have details the next day. We went back with the car abd he was not there, we travel the hour back homw to get a call sayong we have a deal but after a day of asking him what it was he only ever told us small details over phone and text pushing us to travel the hour back to take a deal that did not suit our budget. We then looked into other dealers at home with help from friends and family and we found a better deal at home so we bought a vehicle locally after i had told him we were going to pass and wait fpr a better deal that made more sense to us. He retaliated telling me im driving my children in an unsafe vehicle. The next morning i have the salesman harrassing me via text message of how i screwed him by going with another dealership and then going on bragging to how he will sell 25 cars in a day regardless. He was very rude in the end when he should have taken the loss like a professiinal. I advise no one go here unless you wabt terrible deals and flashy offers rammed down your throat. And the dealers name is Hass Mahfouz.

This is the 5th vehicle we have bought from City Ford, and we have always been happy with the service. EXCEPT for this time. We bought a truck, and rarely use it, except when we go camping, as we need it to pull our trailer. The first time we went camping, a hub went on our truck, and it had to go in for repairs. When we brought the truck home from City Ford, the mirror fell off the outside of the truck. We took it back in, and they said that someone had hit it, and we had to pay for the damage. We explained that we had just picked it up, driven it home, and the mirror fell out, no one had a chance to hit it. That it must have happened when they had it in their possession. Nope...you guessed it, it wasnt their fault, and we paid for the damages. When we left there the mirror was shaking and vibrating like crazy. We turned around and went right back, as they hadnt fixed it. Quess what?? Still not there problem. We even purchased the best warranty you could buy, and was told it covered absolutely everything, and cost us in the thousands. But we were told, that no warranty covered a hit and run, and that must have been what happened to our truck. Even though it went straight from their body shop to our garage. City Ford has lost our business forever.

I came to City Ford for a new F150 for work. At the time I was a little inexperienced in purchasing a new vehicle and they used that to their advantage to take advantage. 1. Unlike KENTWOOD Ford, which is a much better dealership with genuine salesman, they work on price based commission of their vehicles rather then quantity of vehicles sold. Therefore, they arent really concerned with trying to get you the best price on the vehicle but the best price they can sign you at which will reflect a nice bonus. 2. They promote all these flashy giveaways as an incentive to come to them or why they are better then the rest however their offers are totally deceiving and misleading. E.g Their "free" Vegas trip. 3day 2Nights No choice on flight times or $50 extra per person) at a Hotel youve never heard of. Then there is $38-$65 in travel insurance which isnt include, and finally to upgrade to a hotel that is actually in Las Vegas not 100000km away from the strip its $65 extra per night. When all said and done $600 paid out for 2nights in Vegas. Now if you do some research you can find a package for 4nights at that price. Needless to say, I wouldnt recommended anyone to City Ford and would never go there to buy again. AL at Kentwood is the man you want Cheers,
