Its Horrible. I did not see any commitment. I will definitely dont recommend you to buy any vehicle from that store. This is the real story : I found a truck in Kijiji advertised by them and asked them about its availability. Dealer, named Manish, told me its available. Next day tomorrow early morning I went there to see the truck but Manish told me that truck is not available anymore and tried to sale another truck to me. I didnt accept and then he offered another truck with a good condition. I accepted and he promised me to show me that truck by next Monday. Next Monday when I wanted to go there, they called me and told me truck is not still there and will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow again they told me truck is not ready and just sent me some low quality pictures of that truck. I checked that pictures and found out that there are a lot of conflicts between pictures and what they told me. Tomorrow I went there and complained about this cheating. They told me that Manish sent me wrong pictures and everything is still ok. Tomorrow Manish called me and told me truck is ready for test drive. I went there but they showed me nother truck and tried to convince me to buy that. I didnt accept and then they told me they made a mistake and my truck is in their another store. So when they brought next truck I found out that this is totally again another truck which is totally different from what they told me. I didnt accept it again and asked them to pay my deposit back. They acted very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. They always lied to me and I will definitely sue them as they were cheating. Never ever trust them. They should learn here is Canada and customer service is very important.

I was 18 when I bought my truck . Just finished high school and started work. Came to city auto just to look. Ended up getting a $50000 f-150 at 5% interest . I left the truck there for a day or two before I picked it up. When I picked it it there was bellow 0 gas. it wasnt washed had garbage in the box and it only came with one key and that key had a setting where my volume would not go over 14/30 volume. When I complained the sales man didnt do anything about it. When I bought the truck, apart of the deal was I was able to pick out what an exhaust, so I picked borla attk. When they got the exhaust they called me in, so I dropped off my truck for the night and came back in the morning and it was not done and they lost my key. I was sitting in the lobby for an hour while they looked for my key.turns out they didnt even receive my exhaust. When I went back to my sales man( Ryan) he said he cant get the borla attk for me anymore and I could pick another exhaust(cheaper). I didnt end up getting my exhaust till about 6-9 months after I bought the truck. Very disappointed with city auto and they definitely ruined my first car experience. If your under 20 dont go here they will try to rip you off and they know how to do it.

Before I start I would like to thank Yousef for his honesty and hard work. To make a long story short he is the only one with a set of brains there, I called multiple times to talk to sales and every time they said theyd call me back and never do. I started reading the reviews and decided to follow up on what people have said, so I make a call to Yousef thinking I will be going through the same shit as the beginning "take my information down and Ill call you back after checking the availability of the vehicle". About 10 min later Yousef calls back and tells me that the 2014 Sport is still available but has a deal pending on it. I was a little frustrated due to the fact I tried inquiring on it a few times and couldnt get an answer back. About half an hour after Yousef calls me back again and offers me a few other options in the meantime, I thanked him for that but I was a little frustrated with what occurred I didnt really want to speak to anyone from there. I would like to apologize because he is a very reasonable guy and easy to communicate with but with this sour taste I couldnt go back. If I do decide to deal with City Auto in the future it would only be with Yousef

DONT GO THERE. Terrible approach to the customers... They dont care what car you are interested in, just trying to sell most expensive one... cars on website dont have price, so you call them and you go there , and then they told you that your car is sold but they got other cars, cost more money but its the same thing 4 or 7 years loan right? ... even after I told them that Im not interested in purchasing a vehicle from them, they continue to call me for almost 2 weeks, and I had to threat them with AMWIC to get my deposit back. I had nightmares 3 days in a row because of them... And the funny part is, car that I was interested in buying, the one they told me it was sold day before I went to dealership, 6 months after, its still on the website... to bad I cant give them 0 star review... terrible, terrible... in countrys like Canada something like this shouldnt exist, seriously considering to tell my story to people in AMWIC...

Horrible dealership, sub-par customer service and TERRIBLE vehicles. Once they make the sale and you have the vehicle, they DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT care about you or what happens. Was almost injured due to the transmission breaking down just after 2 months of purchasing the vehicle (broke down on the highway twice) and all the sales manager had to say was "Its out of my hands". They have not one ounce of care or regard for human life or safety. Also, their "mechanics" cleared the transmission check engine code and LIED about what was really wrong with it, and still let me take it home knowing that it was eventually going to break down and cause an accident. Disgusting. This dealership is bad, and I would never recommend anyone to go there for anything. The sales people speak down to you like you didnt just spend thousands of dollars, and this experience with City Auto and their repair shop has been a LONG nightmare. Crooks.......

This place is a poor excuse for a car dealership. I made up a deal with these low lifes to trade my truck for a jeep. The photos of the jeep looked great, i showed up to find that every panel was dented and the tub of the jeep seemed like it had been layed up on a tree. I refused to take it and when i went to leave they said they rightfully owned my truck and would call the police if i left and report it stolen. Needless to say i left. I didnt get my deposit back which sucked but its well worth telling the world how they tried to screw me with a beat up jeep. Sketchiest dealer ive ever been to hands down.

So I just had a call about my previous review on here, well I use the term call extremely loosely, it was more of an argument and completely unprofessional in my opinion, Im just glad that I hit the record button, ( some apps are the best) so my previous review, which is my right of opinion, does not warrant a call with his passive aggressive attitude. He is going to get the review taken down, I will just keep reviewing, so everyone can be aware of the experience that awaits them. I will also try and find a way to post the conversation, so you can hear for yourselves.
