I stopped in to see if I could get a replacement remote for my car starter. I know nothing about the starter because it was installed by a previous owner - we had just lost the remotes! One of the ex-techs (now a manager) went to take a look to see what model of starter I had. Unknown to me (until tonight and hence this review) the tech forcefully moved another module I had personally installed. When I installed it, I very securely fastened it with a ty-wrap. Just tonight, I noticed that the module was pulled out of the ty-wrap. He didnt even mention that he had done this! He was so confused that he assumed that the cruise control module was the remote start module! 2 fails in a row. Im going to call them tomorrow and voice this.

I purchased a fantastic new Pioneer stereo for my car here. I was served by Brett. He was very friendly and efficient and I found the guidance I received to be informative and not "sales-like". Based on this alone, I would go back to Certified Radio. HOWEVER, it gets better! I brought my car in on a Wednesday because my car stereo had died right before a road trip I was to take on Friday - not good. Brett fit me in and the stereo was installed by Thursday afternoon! Great sound for the trip!

Dont go here there over priced. And the big guy who is the manager is rude and just is trying to sell the whole time instead of trying to help the customer with whatever their problem is. I was recommended here but I am very displeased with my treatment as a customer. Go here if u want to be charged 100$ a hr and they will just run the bill up even if its a simple problem. Not a happy customer. Go on ur own risk.

I got good quality and friendly service from all the staff at certified! They didnt hesitate to answer all my questions and even explained my car stuff outside in the heavy snow fall. Its difficult to find good/friendly/timely help now a days but certified radio staff were great. I will only go to their location for all my car needs. Yippee! Car starter!!! Lisa

Great customer service. My original car starter failed and I drove without any lights working in the car. I was scared from this experience and the staff helped calm me down and troubleshoot what the potential issues and fixes would be. I was happy with their recommendation for a car starter model, as it was less likely to give me issues in the future.

The customer service at this location was absolutely incredible. The manager Mike offered full replacement on my freshly blown subs, tuned my amp and nav to proper specs in the parking lot even when they were under staffed. Mike is the reason why this business is so successful and why I will continue to go to this location for all my audio needs.

NEVER, I repeat never take you vehicle here for an install. Nothing but problems with my truck since they installed my new deck, and it took 3 times of me going back, and it still doesnt work right. I am headed to the mechanic tomorrow to see if they can fix what they did to my truck, Ill be sending the bill to Certified Radio.

Very poor Customer Service, and inexperienced Techs. The lack of knowledge on basic electrical tests was troubling enough that I would never let them work on my vehicle. The Tech was more interested in winning an argument, than any kind of solution. There was a focus on charging money, not giving any kind of service.

I had a minor issue with auto connect command system and I called them up and the walked through how to reset it over the phone. Fixing my problem in under 5 minutes without even needing to bring it in. Fantastic service from date of installing the system; (and sound system.)

I arrived 30 minutes before closing time without much expectation. The service blew me away. They approached the problem fast and very knowledgeably. it was a 10 minute fix for them. For others, I do not doubt it could have taken a lot longer. Very well done.

They love you before you show your card as soon as they have your money terrible service!!!!! Had problems with both my starter and stereo ..... Only six months later they would not warranty it... Do not spend your money here

Cautionary tale - these folks want to SELL SELL SELL, and they do not service their customers! Once they have your money they couldnt care less. Very poor follow-up customer service. Would avoid this store.
