Harry was our lifesaver today. Our alternator belt broke on our way from Fort McMurray to Calgary when we were still had a good hour to Edmonton. He touched base with us along our way and told us he would come to us to meet up if the car didnt make it. Luckily we were able to make it and the car stopped right outside his shop. Was able to replace the belt, and when further issues arose was able to quickly resolve it so we could continue on our journey. Amazing mechanic, amazing man. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone. We will definitely be saving his contact information if we are in the Edmonton area again. They dont make many men like him anymore. He is an honest mechanic and was our guardian angel today. There are no words to actually explain how honest he was with us and the amazing service he provided with his amazing rates. Hands down will not be beat anywhere in Edmonton!

Place like this is really hard to find. The mechanic is very frank and honest. Will not be ripping off like other big names, for sure. Instead, he prefers that I solve the problem of my own without paying his labor cost, if the problem is actually doable by myself. This guy can get your work done. He fixed my fan problem. It was a difficult one and he diagnosed it step by step, explained all the way to me. During the work, he gave me estimates of what cost I would be looking at if I choose to do this instead of that. I feel that, this guy works and lives based on integrity and honesty, not based on greed for peoples money. So, I feel we should support him by going to his place when our car needs care. Believe me, the person who will be favored most is yourself!

I had a bad day on Family day, I slipped on black ice, then I noticed my cars back right wheel was flat, and my headlight was busted. I phoned several shops but all of them were closed for the holidays. Until i came across Calis while browsing Yelp. I gave em a call, attahed he donut on my car and was there 20 minutes later. I didnt expect to be treated better than just a customer, Harry was very sincere, honest and very helpful and treated me like a very good friend. He patched my tire for a few bucks and even offered to attach the new headlight I bought in Canadian Tire for free. The customer service in this shop is top notch. I highly recommend Calis. If i could give a 10, I surely will.

I always trust Cali Auto to diagnose accurately and tell me the truth about what my vehicles need (a Kia, Suzuki and Hyundai) and hes done great work with all three. His rates are great and he has a fun sense of humor too. I think Harry is the most honest businessman I have found in Edmonton. Recently my daughter was told her vehicle needed $2,000 worth of work by another shop. i brought her to Cali and she was told that yes, it would need repairs on the shocks - in a year - but nothing else on the list, and that overall the vehicle was in very good shape. This has been my experience since I started going to Cali. I dont go anywhere else now. Harry is just the best.

I would recommend Cali Automotive Ltd to everyone. I wish I would have gone there earlier . I asked him for valve adjustment (because of cold start ticking noise) and power steering fluid flush . He looked into the problem and told me its normal and recommended not to do the valve adjustment unless I hit Honda adjustment recommended mileage of 160k( I am at 110k) as well as recommended to get it done from Honda Dealership. Plus , he told me do change power steering fluid myself using turkey baster because most auto repair shops cant flush and will replace fluid ,so better to do it on own . I really appreciate his Honest opinion . Thank a lot !

Honest and Friendly Mechanic. This is what mechanic shops used to be like in the 50 or 60s, not a big corporation increasing the profit margin but Harry is like the friendly guy down the street that happens to know everything about cars. He is an honest mechanic that gives a fair price and does a reliable job. I heard of him from a friend and we have been to him a few times now, and have always been pleased. He will let you watch him work, will teach you a little bit about cars and will tell you about his family and restoration cars while doing it! Very great experience, if there were 6/5 stars he would get the extra one!

Partly pulled my bumper off my 2010 Ford escape last year backing over a tree stump. Ford Dealership quoted me $2,300 to basically replace the whole thing. I brought my car to Harry instead. He put my car on the lift as soon as I got there, showed me underneath what damage there was, popped the bumper back into place, put in a few screws and changed my fog light. This all took about 5 minutes and he charged me $20. Havent had any issues with the bumper since. Nough said. Amazing. I havent brought my car anywhere else since. If he has the tools to do it. Then bring your car here!!!!

This is the mechanic shop that I have been trying to find for over 10 years. Harry is an incredibly honest mechanic that does great work at a reasonable price. He took me in the back and showed me his diagnosis before doing any work, and even offered to have me watch him fix my vehicle. Hell teach you anything you want to know about your car. I just cant say enough kind words about this guy. If you want an honest, reliable mechanic that loves what he does, this is the one. I agree with the 6/5 stars, he deserves it!

I have known Harry for many years and had plenty of work done by him, from electrical repairs and tire replacements all the way up to transmission repairs. Ive recommended so many people to him over the years as hes truly one of the great, honest mechanics and he deserves all of the praise he gets and so much more.
