Very nice service I had collision and my Caravan rear bumper is damaged so they take care and also there were some scratches on the front bumper also which is not the part of accident but they repair it also. I am very delighted with there service. Given 5 before but setting to 3 because paint wash off at first date after repair

Great place to deal with. Service was fast efficient and friendly! Only thing- its up to you to call for updates on your vehicle, I did feel a bit out of the loop on how repairs were going. Hopefully my vehicle doesnt need any body work again soon, but if it ever does, Ill go back to CARSTAR Ellerslie.

Wish I could give 6/5 stars. I cant say enough good things about the team at the Ellerslie Carstar location. They went above and beyond for me in a way that was totally unexpected. No other business would have gone as far as they did to ensure a good customer experience. I wont go anywhere else.

Our Honda Accord front bumper cover came off. My husband took the car to CARSTAR Ellerslie and the team at CarStar put the cover back for no charge. Thanks to the manager and the team.
