The service was way above expectation! From being in a severe collision I was very distraught but as the process was explained to me by manager and receptionist I left calm and at peace. I was updates thru out the repair process and the vehicle was back to the way it was before the accident.... just like they promised. the invoice price was more than the estimate but the manager took the time to explain to me the difference and even shoed me pictures of the additional damage! they even detailed my car too. i have a lifetime warranty and got some air miles... thanks to the staff and management at Capital Carstar.

Simple repair of two dents, that most experts i talked to said would cost easily under $2000, ended up being over $4500. Needless charges tacked on just to pad the final figures, while the work was performed by what seemed like students. Their front end is friendly and professional enough, and while i cant blame them for wanting to add on extra/unecessary service charges... i can certainly withhold future business.

This was my first time ever having to deal with an auto body shop and they made everything smooth and easy. The staff were great and friendly and the work was done in half the time that was quoted and everything looks great. Would definitely go back to them again.

Honest service Had a scuffed bumper and was quoted $150, Jared was courteous enough to just take care of it without any issues. Im definitely coming back for detailing!
