I brought in my vehicle after a hit and run, they booked me in after they assessed the damages and quoted me about 3 days of work for painting and placing a bumper. So I opted not to rent a car since even if it took twice as long as they quoted I could manage. Unfortunately it took over 15 days, their excuse was that each time they ordered a bumper it was not "in good condition," this happened 2 times before they decided to get a non refurbished bumper. Now I would be completely understanding if they took the time to let me know about the delays but I guess they leave it up to the customer to call and find out the day they are expecting to pick it up that it wont be ready for another week. Once I finally did get my car back they phoned me a week later to inform me my insurance wasnt paying them because they used aftermarket(re: low quality) rebar so I needed to return it.... I burst out laughing when they called me and I never returned Remember people just because insurance says its a "Preferred" place ask around before you commit, I wish I did.

I stopped by this shop randomly (had some extra time to kill) with a huge dent in my drivers side door. I walked in and they were obviously pretty busy, but Alykhan took the time to come outside and give me a rough estimate on my door anyway. I was pretty shocked by the numbers to fix it, and we started talking about home remedies. He said a strong plunger might work, and grabbed some sort of suctioning thingy and just pulled the dent right out. It was awesome, because I was agonising about the cost of the fix for months beforehand. He wouldnt take any money for it either, totally made my day. If I need something in the future Ill probably take my car here; I really appreciate the kindness and the fact that while other options were given they werent pushed at all. Thanks for being awesome!!! :D

Absolutely phenomenal! These guys went above and beyond - so thrilled with the service, attention to detail and communication. Truly exceptional. My truck was done quickly, very high quality repair work and zero headache. Worked with my insurance company to ensure things went smoothly for me, arranged my rental and even worked with another Boyd location to transfer the file when I was unhappy with the service at the other shop. Cant recommend this Boyd location enough. Alykhan was especially amazing through the whole process - I was really worried about my truck not being pre-hit & run condition, having never had to make an insurance claim before and he was an ace putting my mind at ease.

Worst place ever. Stole my heated mirror and replaced it with a cheaper model, broke my car alarm, gouged my interior vinyl while fixing vehicle...horrendous. Also, more than a year after my repair, tried to collect money from me over the phone, because apparently "an old employee not working there anymore didnt charge me enough". Embarrassing excuse for a business.
