Stopped in to check the status of a battery for my childrens car. Met immediately by a man who I am guessing was the manager/owner. He helped me diagnose my old batteries that were not purchased at their location and gave me a great price on a new battery as one of my old ones was dead, so I bought 2. Amazing customer service and great prices. An environment you dont feel in many stores today. They also told me they were also able to rebuild my 18v drill battery that was discontinued.

I have bought 10 RV batteries from here and not only is the price the best you will find (for what you get) they are super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You will not regret shopping from here and they stand behind their product. I bought 1 DOA battery from them and didnt realize it for a few days (it was pulling my other 3 batteries down) I gave them a call and they exchanged it no questions asked. Horrible experience, my battery died after seven month, went to the dealership to fix it thinking something is wrong with the car, and they told me these batteries are below average, after that I went back to ask to return the battery, guess what, they didnt honor their money back guarantee policy.

I got an RV battery here and more recently a battery for my truck. Both times Ive been served by an older gentleman who took the time to explain my options and answer all the questions I had. Id definitely go back here rather than Canadian Tire where Ive bought a few batteries before.

Truck died at a nearby store. Popped in to see if they had a battery jump starter. Manager helped me, customer service was fantastic. Opened the box and showed me how it worked, knew a lot about the product. Very impressed, highly recommend going here
