I decided to write this review now because I realized I should have quite a while ago but never got to do it. I ordered a limo for my 2016 graduation which seemed like a great idea at the time, we never ordered a limo before so it was our first time but like idiots we didnt investigate like go look at the limos and such. When the limo arrived it was all beat up and scratched and it got even worse when we went inside and the AC was broken and all of the lights were broken as well. I was in a 4 layered ball gown so I was boiling. Usually when you pay $1200 plus a $200 tip you expect better service, but we realized we may have made Morgan mad when we asked questions about the money because he wanted it ALL upfront which concerend us because we never even saw if this was real. We wanted to pay the first half and then after pay the rest plus a tip after the service was given but we called another company and told us thats what they do as well so we let it go. He told us he didnt want to deal with this anymore and if we wanted he would just give us a refund in a very rude tone. As well he promised us a hummer after the limo and instead we got a bus, so he probably did that unpurpose as well. We would have went somewhere else but it was literally the day before my grad and we needed transportation. The ONLY reason we didnt complain was because the limo driver Paul was an absolute sweetheart. He made the dreadful stressful day in to something very nice. I give this 2 stars because of the driver and the fact that we atleast had something to drive in. In all I would not reccomend this company because the owner can be spiteful if you get him mad and make things hard for you such as a broken limo. The price was expsnsive but I suppose it was alright from noon till midnight. I know Morgan will read this so I just wanted to let you know that Im still thinking about you and I know what you did. I mean atleast fix your limos and dont give them to good paying customers.

I dont see your Name in your Contract and you must doing review for other company so that we look BAD. WE Love our client come to our office and look at our beautiful and newest fleet . 1St we send you a contract and state which limo you are getting. Second once you put a deposit its not refund. Third $1400 included GST and Gratuity to the driver for 5 hours that is AWESOME DEAl. 4TH WHEN come A/C we Cant CONTROL the weather when is plus 30 it s going to be warm when you have 20 persons dancing and having fun in the LIMO BUS. BElle Downes I would love you come to office and take picture for our limos and also prove that you have a HUMMER in your contract. If this Condition STATE the HUMMER LIMO in the Contract I WOULD REFUNDED BELLE DOWNES $1400 Back. Thank you for your feed looking forward to see you in Person.

Used for my sisters stagette. Our driver was amazing and professional and I thought pricing was excellent compared to other companies I researched. The party bus was great and everything we needed and no issues there however the company itself is very difficult to get a hold of. They do not reply to emails; you must phone them if you want to get a hold of any one and even then they may be difficult to get a hold of. (I left messages that were not returned and always felt like they were rushing to get me off the phone). Also, when the driver picked us up he was expecting us to pay cash which was never discussed when I booked. I assumed they would just charge to the credit card on file. Ultimately things worked out and I paid by credit card later and the bus was great but their communication on a customer service end could use improvement.

I had such an amazing experience and am so glad I chose Baseline as the party bus company to deal with! Morgan was awesome and so reliable with responding right away and doing everything he could to make sure I got the best service and rate in the city. Our driver Moh was so attentive and kind with me and all of my guests; he definitely made the ride go very smoothly and effortlessly. I was very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the party bus and had nothing but amazing feedback from my guests as they all had an phenomenal time. I 100% recommend booking with baseline as you wont be let down. Thank you to Morgan and Moh for being so accommodating and even checking up on me the next day to make sure I was satisfied. I will never have second thoughts on booking with another company, will definitely book again.

Hi Stan, you guys got married in August 3, 2012 and you finally wrote a review after almost 2 years later. As per our contract, full payment is required before your wedding day otherwise no contract is confirmed if its not paid in full. After we got the confirmation that weve received your full payment.We did show up on your wedding day and we have pictures to prove how happy you guys were during that time..... Just for information, Baseline Limo was featured at Blush Magazine "providing services that you can trust"......and also base on other clients reviews, we provide an excellent service and we are proud of who we are and in everything that we do for our clients. I ordered a party bus for 9:00pm. When 9:00pm came around I phoned in because the bus didnt show up. I was told by Morgan 15 minutes. The driver didnt show until 11:30, it wasnt even a party bus just a plain limo. I was told it was only going to be a one way ride instead of the two that was in the contract. I cancelled the service. Over a period of three weeks I was promised a refund. When we finally met up I was told I would only be refunded $300 out of the $550 which was owed back. I was told by Morgan to take it or leave it. I left and filed a visa dispute and got fully refunded through visa. I will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future.

If i could give a 0 star i would. the maid of honour contacted this company back in may for a limo for the stagette. The day of the stagette we had to call and reconfirm we were even getting a limo and the guy on the phone "steve" was a complete jerk - saying we had never actually booked anything. We have email proof confirming we had a limo and had talked to a guy named morgan. He outsourced our limo to Last minute limos because he was apparently to busy to fix their mistake. and then when the MOH contacted them on Facebook the guy online was saying he was the guy we were talking too....and his name was morgan....HMMM a lot of lying in short amount of time!
