Rent somewhere else. My car was late, I was given different information by two different employees on their policies, and I was told different information than what was written on the contract. I booked one of their cars online. When I arrived at 9:30am, the time Id booked it for, it wasnt there. I was told it would be five minutes. Then I was told it would be half an hour. I was not compensated for the car being late. I was also told, upon picking up the car, that it had to be back by 12:30 (the time I booked it until), but there is a 15 minute grace period. Well thats nice. Brought it back at 12:44 and the guy wanted to charge me for an extra day. He said the grace period applied to a full day, but not to the three extra hours Id booked it for, which doesnt make sense at all and wasnt what the first employee told me. After a very long argument, he finally backtracked and told me hed just been asking if I had wanted the car for another day. Clearly, I had not. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I do not recommend it in the slightest.

The best customer service, clean car and nice and warm welcoming and the girl that served me is an asset to the company I believe her customer service skills was the best I was very pissed off from Enterprice where I made a reservation a month ago and when I walked in Enterprice they said theyre sold out but then Avis on 101 was the closest and 10x better I appreciated thanks Avis

They charged me almost $30 for gas re-fill when I returned the car with a full tank. I drove less than 2 km from a gas station to Avis. I also submitted all the gas receipts to the drop box, and the Cust. Service person said over the phone that I didnt. Complete lie. Be aware, same might happen to you. Horrible experience.

Every since new owner operator has stepped in the service has dramatically improved. Alex and his team have stepped up. The cars are always clean and well inspected. Checking in and out is a breeze and no pressure up selling. Thumbs up. If this was a few months ago I would have not given more then a 3.

The worst service in the world, the refused Tu rent me a car even though I had already paid for it, they canceled my reservation and charged me a cancelation fee, I dont recommend renting in this place the substitute manager is really rude and discriminating :(

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. Completely mistreated, misinformed, and over charged. Management of this location needs to reevaluate their staff - the girl working the counter needs a complete reality check.

Had no real issues the most recent time I went, but the first time no one was there. Apparently they split their time between here and Budget. Person helping this most recent time was fine. The cars are parked in a separate garage.

Having my train from Toronto delayed, I was two hours late, after closing time, at 7pm, to pickup my car. Alex waited for me all that time and made sure everything goes as planned. Tremendous professionalism! Thank you!

Rent from somewhere else. This place has an extremely confusing pick up and drop off policy, and runs out of cars all the time. They quite often take orders and cant fulfill them
