Extremely disappointed!!!!!!! Dont ever have a vehicle shipped and take their word. We were ensured that there was nothing mechanically wrong, that it had just had repairs and the vehicle had been through their shop. It was poorly done. The check engine light was on along with the service ride control We asked if it had been smoked in due to allergies and was told that the vehicle wasnt smoked, It was in fact smoked in. we knew this by all the ashes, cigarette smoke stains and burns in the back seat. It took 6 hours to clean, which included steam cleaning the headliner because of the amount of food, back seats, floor, and white powder found in the back.......... The inspection completed checked off items such as, lights, hood latch engine, brakes, oil etc on your standard inspection sheet. Well we are not even sure if the inspection was done as the hood latch was busted and could not be lifted. We ended up having to fix it. We were told that the bumper was scuffed up. When in fact the vehicle had been in an accident as the whole light had to be pulled forward 4" and be put back into place. Service ride control was on when the shipper picked it up from their shop and brought it to us. As he stated. David Harper will not respond to any calls to ask questions after the first call. No one else in their Auto Group has returned calls as we were told they would. We paid a good price for a vehicle that was wrongfully disclosed. We had done our research on the company prior to shipping and was told they were a good company to deal with! Shame on you Autolife Auto sales & service for not standing behind what you claimed to be selling! I do not recommend using Autolife online! Take your money elsewhere! and save hours of trouble and money! I have all documented proof to stand behind my post.

Wish I could give them a zero. It wasnt so much the salespeople in the dealership as much as it was the people in Toronto or whatever. They promised to keep my "security deposit" on a vehicle in a safe, on site, until I either decided to buy the vehicle through them or go elsewhere. Well, I went elsewhere - to a more prominent dealership. When I asked for my deposit back, they had cashed it and told me Id have to wait ten days to get my cheque in the mail. This was never cleared with me, and had I known I would not have left them any funds. The guy that emailed me back about the situation was extremely rude, to the point of my own tears and frustration. Luckily, I had family to help me with the money until the cheque came in the mail. But there is no excuse for this. Ive had to wait several months before writing this review with a clear head as I was very upset. Sure the sales people were lovely to your face as your looking to buy, but their after-service was deplorable beyond compare. The vehicles are dirty, and it is unclear if they are in good working order 80% of the time. I can see this dealership being a good straight-buy or if someone has horrible credit. But for people who do what they are supposed to do, and are careful enough, buy elsewhere. At least service is guaranteed and the vehicles are clean and in working order. I wont apologize for leaving a bad review, because I was never apologized to for anything. Even after they sent my cheque $50 .00 short of what I gave them. So until they apologize for the service, and for stealing from me, this review stands. 0/10 - buyer beware. By the way, Jean Paul Demeria is an employee - the same one that made a girl cry. Hope youre happy calling your own customers "koo-koo".

I bought an old Toyota pickup that is in prime condition for its age and I am very happy with it. I got it for an excellent price as well. However, I think that the reason that I got such a good deal was that they had no idea what they had on their lot. The person that sold it to me had never been in the vehicle. They were very friendly, and also very disorganised. There are some strange folks hanging around who dont seem to work there. Not for the faint of heart, but I recommend this place for the auto- savvy person looking for a good deal. I had a good experience but its not for everyone. Dont go here if you have no idea what to look for.

all they car are in bad shape, i just go see one mazda3 2008, on kijiji they wright (Runs like new and has a premium sound system! The shifting is fluid and the exterior is in good shape as-well! The price is a steal of a deal for this nice of car, you wont find this car for the price anywhere else! ) the car dont even start! full off scratch, really dirty in the inside, the glass is broke. in theyr ads they tell sunroof and the car is not the sound systeme is not the premium but the original (not the bose) and the service.... take me 5 hrs to have someone at the phone

I buy my car here. They gave me good price and were friendly. Other reviews say bad service but everyone gets a lemon at some point or another. Its up to us to make sure our vehicle is in working order before purchasing. duh..
