LOST FAITH. Been going to Autotech West, since it was Wilsons Autotech. Have brought all my cars to Autotech for servicing. My current car is getting old and has been requiring a repairs lately. Brought my Honda in for brake servicing and they noted my car was squealing and recommended I change the power steering pump. I said no, but would do it soon. I later went to a Honda dealership to get an oil change and the oil jockey noticed the squealing too. He said it was probably just the O-ring on the power steering pump. He said it was a known issue and if he was a mechanic, it would have been the first thing he checked. He said it was an easy fix and that I should try it before replacing the pump. Bought the replacement O-ring and searched YouTube on how to replace it. It took 10 minutes and the problem was solved. WOW, Autotech was going to try and sell me on replacing the power steering pump, when it was just a $10 O-ring. The oil jockey said any reputable Honda mechanic would have checked and suggested replacing the O-ring, before suggesting to replace power steer pump. Makes me wonder how many of Autotechs service suggestions were just totally bogus and just money grabs? Will never go to Autotech West again and I have told all the people that I have recommended Autotech West to, to go and find some else to go.

Took vehicle for inspection there, also I had mentioned that vehicles making sound during turns. After inspection I was told that steering pump needs to be replaced (kind of expected, but never requested old parts back, but should have probably) and brakes ( given the age and odometer, yes) and nothing else was noted. Over 1K for repairs. After noticed few drops of oil on driveway, thought that might have not tightened everything, but was told that main seal needs replacing as it is leaking. Another over 1K. Should have been noticed during inspection. Obviously no inspection was done. There was also few other things missed. I can not trust this shop, therefore would never recommend.

i had a good experience with this auto shop. My 98 civic was running poorly and i replaced many parts but couldnt get it running properly. The man at the front desk is honest and you can tell they dont take their customers for granted. I was treated very well and the cost was extremely reasonable. After a valve adjustment (didnt know that honda valve tappets can actually tighten overtime!) and some free advice about replacing my O2 sensors the car is back to normal. I was given great service and I really feel it would have been a lot more at a dealer. Good mechanics and knowledgeable staff. Thanks!

My girlfriend dropped off her car to get an oil change at a scheduled appointment at which by their estimation could take up to 4 hrs, it was then returned to us in about 2.5 hrs with a broken passenger mirror. To which "Wilsons" responded that their not sure how it happened. They refuse to accept responsibility for damages accrued while the vehicle is in their possession. Will not deal with this shop anymore, conversations to find out what happened were dodged and the shop would not investigate further but rather completely dismissed the possibility of the damages while in their care.

Auto Tech West was recommend by a friend for my Honda. I brought my 2009 Honda Accord here for a service based on the maintenance minder. The car was ready when I need it by and it was washed! There were a couple of things that needed done and there was no pressure and an explanation. I love that they are quick to get you in. its great to now be able to take my Subaru there too. I called today for an oil change and they got me right in. Thanks Auto Tech West! Keep up the good work!

Great service!! Left a message for a quote in the evening, got a call back first thing in morning and my car was in the shop by 9 AM that day, during the week between Christmas and New Years no less. Their quote came in at half the price of Acuras service prices and what they quoted was what I paid, no unexpected costs. Their free shuttle service was super convenient too. Would definitely recommend!

Got an oilpan reseal done. Got charged for 4 hours labour. When asked if anything had to be dropped to get at it, the answer was no. Funny considering the timing belt on my car is a pain in the ass and I was quoted only 30min more to complete the job. In short the work was well done but I dont think I was charged accordingly. I paid the full cost but will not be going back.

I take my 2000 Toyota Tundra in for all my regular maintenance and any other issues that come up. They have always been able to get me in quickly and do the work just as quickly. I have never had any problems with any of the work they have done.

Had problems with my Honda Civic vetech and was resolved the following day at a fair price, dont be put off by the reviews these guys no there stuff. I would never recommend anyone to take there Honda anywhere else than auto tech west

Have owned two Honda civics and starting dropping them off at Wilsons a few years ago. Always honest with the repairs and never pushy. Great service and good work. If you dont want to service at a dealership go to Wilsons.

Very competitive price. Labour rate is just about 100 per hour. And very knowledgeable team of mechanics. They really do specialize in Japanese vehicles. I had an Acura. Best of all. Shuttle service for free of charge.

Awesomr service, always give a quote before doing any work and always stick to the quoted price, sometimes cheaper. Would recommend to anyone who drives an import. Very trustworthy shop.

Went in for clunking noise, turn out to be loose bolt only, they just tightened the loose bolt. They charged less than a hour and cleaned the car for free. I recommend!
