This dealership is unprofessional, incompetent, arrogant in demeanor, and mean spirited. I believe they discriminated against me from the time I walked in, until I walked out, over 3 occasions. The dirty looks received from the moment you walk in are blatantly obvious. How simple minded of these individuals to not get how to obtain and maintain clientele. They wasted my time as a professional who (now) has a billable hour at $200, earned over a decade of overcoming significant challenges, education and licensing requirements... necessary to get here. I just finished my first year of running my own successful business. I was a mother of 4 (single for the first 5) who did not have a wealthy or reliable family for support. I got to this level on my own, against all odds. I was treated less than poorly after being told I had an approval , but upon arrival informed I could not get out of the sub-lender I have been with for the past 18 months. I have made all payments on time and paid a good portion of debt off, despite supporting my large family solely, and my start up office expenses. They tried to coerce me back into staying with that sub-lender at 33 per cent interest, despite a significant increase in my financial circumstances (at least 4 times what I had earned in 2013). I was then told after being asked when I arrived, for 6 months of bank statements and the information my accountant (professional firm) had filed for 2014,. It then became I also needed a CRA Notice of Assessment and to show a payment arrangement had been made for any balances over a couple of thousand. Once this information was provided, I was then told any balance owing over $2300 or so-had to be paid in full for an approval, and that all the banks had said the same thing. When I threatened to speak directly to all the banks, the dealership owner, and my certified accountant --to analyze their changing positions against facts, I suddenly had a phone call that I had a bank approval. When I went in to select a vehicle, and given they had (again) notified me I had been approved, they offered me the exact same vehicle I was trading in?!! This was despite already knowing the clearly different type of vehicle I had initially requested "and been approved for" through the sub-lender. The guy doing the calculations on his pc smirked --just before I was aware of what he selected after he sent a patsy out to retrieve what he had selected for a test drive. It was the exact type of vehicle I was trading in, and they clearly knew why I wanted a different vehicle or I would not have been allegedly approved for (the truck I selected via the sublender). What total morons. I now have a proven higher income earning capacity (ever increasing, lol), clientele I could have made many successful referrals to them for, and purchased even more vehicles soon for my 14 and 19 year old children, etc. Why would I not support a dealership that treated me with respect and appreciation? All that I require is a genuine appreciation of my challenging past circumstances, present proven history of making vehicle payments, and competent consideration of my present income. My future earning potential after only 1 year is undisputed amidst reasonable minded folks. Discrimination does not pay nor does incompetency and stupidity with earning/keeping satisfied customers (which by the way is how your business will succeed). I chose this dealership because the I observed the building being built on my commute out from Edmonton to St. Albert, and because its appearance was appealing (initially they are only fake nice to you once). However, the sales manager Ricki is very professional, friendly, and seems to get what is necessary to obtain and keep customers. The management of this place that he answer to, is clearly the issue. C-Ya!

I bought my truck here 1 year ago. It was convenient that they transferred my insurance for me before I even picked it up, however.... my customer experience with these guys is not a good one. For starters, the truck was already picked out for me by the time I got there. I took it for a test drive and the lady who accompanied me had no information and didnt speak unless spoken too. Here I am asking gas mileage and whatnot and she couldnt answer the questiOns. Before the test drive we were looking at it outside, one of the guys come out and command starts it, it made me want to buy the truck even more. So the truck is ready, the paperwork is ready, the truck is insured and I come in to surrender my SUV for the keys. When we were ready to sign the contract I ask, how much is the truck? "Um, I will find out for you" I was never given the answer. I made it clear right away, I want my second key. I know there is a second key because it was command started for the test drive and there is no option on my key fob for command start. "We will find it for you". I harassed them for 3 weeks for that damn fob, Im asking, well how did you command start it then? "Oh that must be aftermarket take it somewhere to see if it has one and see if you can get a fob for the command start, not sure how much it will cost you, but Im pretty sure there is no command start!" My SUV was paid out apparently for $15,000. My truck was worth I found out later $26,000. And I somehow took out a loan for $45,000 and surrendered my SUV. Ripped off!!! At a later date I go in for an oil change, I mention once again to one of the finance men that Im still short a second key. "Well we can get you one at our dealers rate!" Pfftt. Never mind you guys took enough money from me and didnt have the decency to give me a second key. My boyfriend was messing around with the key fob we do have... and low and behold, press the lock button 3x and it starts!!!! So here I am, upset with a lost key fob, and pissed because these guys wouldnt give me 2 keys for my truck.. they didnt sell me an extended warranty. I was told it was a temporary purchase "3 months and come back and we will get you in the truck you want!". They couldnt even get me new tires or a decent windshield. Im stuck, In a high interest loan. I have decent to good credit. But I dont make enough $$ to get approved for another truck. I would have been happier to have a second key and you let me keep my SUV since Im technically still paying for it but was duped into signing the surrender paper. Never again! Will you have my service unless you fix this mess give me my 2nd key and my SUV back!!! And the truck, well Dodge Ram 1500s certainly have their glitches! Thats what I get for buying an electronic vehicle. Sometimes the radio wont work, the 4x4 needs to be serviced it tells me. When its cold out my sensors go crazy!!! And now my service airbag light has come on... my truck is only a 2015! Dont buy your car here.... its not worth it!!

Extremely rude disrespectful people. Went there to buy a truck in december. They showed me a vehicle way out of my price range, i askes them to show me some less expensive vehicles and they said they had nothing to show me and held the door open gor me to leave right after bregging about being the biggest dealership in edmonton. So i made a complaint on the page. Got a call today regarding the complaint and the man on the phone was disrespectful saying he didnt want to repeat himself as it was hard to hear him on the phone, had raised his voice in annoyance, said alright have a good dsyday while i was mid conversation. Like buddy you called me? Im a 20 year old girl who wanted to buy her vehicle and you guys made it harder. They are all about the money here and not about the relationship with the customers. I ended buying a beautiful truck in my price range at another dealership. I HIGHLY recommend a different dealership. ahopefully they dont ruin the experience for the rest of the custoners who go there.
