Tire balancing machine is insufficient to properly balance tires. Paid $80 to mount/balance loose tires on rims, but when I put them on the car the shake was horrible. I took it back to them and they showed me the machine registered as balanced. I then paid $100 at Canadian Tire, they had to put over an ounce on two rims. I asked why 91 tire would have said they were balanced, the guy said because their machine only checks out of balance, but wont check if the wheels are slightly out of round. From now on, Ill pay $20 more the first time and go to Canadian Tire.

Went into the shop this evening with a very flat tire asked if they could fix it the gentleman looked at the tire put air in it and told me that my tire was fine I told him that there was definitely a leak as the tire was flat 15 minutes before and needed air to get to the tire shop. . I got the impression that they could not be bothered or figured I was stupid as I have asked repeatly for them to fix the tire but they did not even bother to take the tire off.

Worst customer service!! I went to check out if they had any used tires for my Ford Taurus. The person was least bothered to address my issue. Completely disrespectful and they need to improve customer serving skills. I would never recommend this place.
