Were wrapping up a cross-Canad road trip on my GMC diesel and pulled in to this tiny dealer for some routine service. This place is so small, their shop is the size of the detail or tire shop in some city dealers! Regardless, they were very professional and timely. Although they did try to upsell me on 3 things, as a mechanic myself I can verify that they are in fact correct and I chose to ignore those things. :) It was obvious to me that someone with considerable knowledge and experience worked on my truck to make those recommendations. Want to thank the team for not only the great service, but also for looking over my truck and letting me know straight up what it needed.

My check engine light came on while visiting Drumheller soI pulled into the nearest dealership. The man in the service department said they were probably not going to be able to help me because I had a Toyota?! While he went to ask someone if they could fit me in to look at the vehicle, I Googled the problem and it said it could be my gas cap causing the check engine message. When he came back I asked if that could be the problem. He said it was not possible. Went out and tightened the had cap and voila, fixed! The one star was as much for his condescending attitude, as little apparant lack of knowledge.

I first came to Western for an out of province inspection, Darcy was very nice and everything was completed quickly. When I was in the customer waiting area I had a few salesmen ask me if I needed help and they were friendly so when we were looking for a new truck we came back to Western. Mike Bell was very nice and even remembered me when I was in for the out of province inspection. We bought a new truck and the deal was great. Its great to get a great deal but it even better when you get great customer service. Western GM is worth checking out for sure!

I have dealt with Western GM for our business vehicles and also personal vehicles. They have always treated myself and my staff excellent. They go the extra mile always, and you can tell the staff really enjoy their work environment as its always a fun and friendly place to visit. With new vehicles there are so many sensors, gadgets, and various bits and pieces you really want to trust your service to the experts that will get the job done correctly! Highly recommend!!

had a chance to drive the new "Orlando" , it was pleasure to drive. The interior featured an easy to use control panel with everything easily within reach,very clean lines and meticulous. The ride was very comfortable, very quick for a four cylinder with alot of passenger room.Our test drive was not a long distance but I felt a long trip in this vehicle would be no problem without early fatigue or getting uncomfortable. Nice vehicle, good job. RW.

Purchased a used truck from them. Brought it home, next morning there was a puddle of engine coolant on the driveway under the engine. Contacted sales rep he put me in touch with the manager. He arranged to have it repaired promptly at the local GM shop in my town. Stuff happens and sometimes things get missed or are not immediately evident on inspections. These guys took ownership and dealt with it. Great service.

took my car there to get checked out and they found a problem with ignition cylinder. i decided not to get it fixed so they just stopped working on it. didnt even bother putting the dash back together. will never go there again. this review wont let me put 0 stars but i would if i could

I have only ever had one bad experience here and it was rectified by management in a timely fashion. These guys are good. And the best part, because you bought a GM, you wont even spend much time in the shop anyhow, aside from oil changes and tires.
