Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked onto the lot. We were greeted by James and he made us feel right at home. James listened to what we wanted, showed us a couple of vehicles. Jason looked at the vehicle we were trading in and gave us a good trade in value. James walked us through the various options that the truck had and made sure we understood how things worked. When we picked up the vehicle, he made sure that our phones worked and that we were happy with everything. All the staff treated us so well, and we will gladly recommend this dealership and most of all, James.

Took in a 16 Grand Caravan for a recall to be done. So they take it apart, replace the oil pump taking 2 days instead of the 1 day quoted, and behold the starter doesnt work properly. Broke down in both Illinois and Michigan where I wait now for a tow truck. Hopefully its not a Dodge
