Nothing but bad. $3500 8 month old tv. Been in there shop twice for repairs. A month each time. Still does not work right. Was told they would replace it, now being told they have to look at it again before they can replace it. What did they do the two months it sat there? Also bought an expensive car DVD/navigation system been waiting almost 2 months to get it installed. Finally I said screw it I would instal it myself. They would not give me the items I purchased AND they didnt want to give me my money back for said purchases. I had to fight for about three hours to get my money. there is no such thing as customer service is in this store

Tassie was awesome. I went in there with an idea of what I wanted and came out with so much more, but I never felt pressured at all. He was very knowledgable and helpful and did his best to get all the parts I needed for my new stereo. Even though my truck was a pain in the a** for install, Chad rocked it and it sounds amazing. They tweaked some items the day of the install to what would make the most sense for my truck. And after all that, I had no interest for a year, same as cash. The best Xmas present I could have bought myself, a lot more boom in my truck!!! Thanks again, Tassie and Chad. Your bosses should give you guys a big fat raise.

I find it bizarre that some reviews cite the poor customer service. As a business owner myself, I found the customer service at this location impeccable. Not only did the staff give me discounts on multiple items, one went so far as to deliver my tv personally. And when a defect happened? It was a less than five minute process to exchange.

Absolutely horrible experience,staff is cocky,as well as rude.my horrible experience is still continuing four months later!!!! Well never ever shop at visions ever again and will be encouraging my friends and family to do the same! Your"lead car audio guy" needs to go!! I have never had such horrible customer service!!!

People there are friendly but at the same time love to rip you off and take your money, I purchased car audio for my self and was told that i will receive a free 4 year warranty if i purchase this item today, they ended up chargeing me for the warranty and getting an extra 100 plus dollars from me.

I always shop at visions, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure what the other reviewer is on about, visions never advertise a "cash back", its always been an in-store credit. Its been pretty great for me, its worked out every time.
