Horrible experience my wife and I went to look at a new sedona and we got told that the msrp is the price you see so thats the price you pay. Then they went and pulled us up a new van gave us the keys and said well you have a 2010 sedona so you no what there like, handed her the keys and said if you want take it for a drive around the lot and look at it Ill be inside when your done. So we went in after a few minutes to tell him it aint for us and he already had a proposal done up pushing us to sign it at the msrp price we left and drove up to south trail Kia in Calgary the following weekend and bought a brand new lx + model for 3500 cheaper than msrp plus they threw in a command start for us. We are very happy with Mikhail and his team up there, they worked really hard to make us feel like our business was appreciated and not just expected.

Looked at a used jeep here last year and made a fair offer minus the tax price to pay in cash. All seemed fine until we met the finance manager who did not like the idea of paying for a vehicle without using their financing plan. He then told us our offer was unacceptable and used this gem of a sales pitch: " if i buy $200 worth of groceries and offer the cashier $100 how would that go over?" We are talking about a used vehicle here, this guys talking about groceries! His attitude sucked so we left and vowed never to get in the way of this guy his financing plan and the half dozen cheese burger stains on his $10 XXL walmart shirt.

The team I dealt with was amazing. They got me a brand new vehicle financed at 14$/month more than I was paying on a used 2010. They got me the exact vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford, which was a bit of a hassle as I live out of province. After everything was confirmed, they delivered the vehicle to my front door and drove off in my trade in. I would recommend this crew to anyone needing a new vehicle!

The staff was friendly in general, Tom was fantastic and knowledgeable with helping us purchase our vehicle and Taylor was helpful in the service area with his knowledge of the vehicles, however, in general Im not impressed with the service department nor management.

My husband and I traded our truck in for an SUV! Rebecca and Wayne were great through the process and have been very helpful.. frustrating part is my SUV having to go into the shop 6 times in the first month and still having the same issue. At least they have been fixing it under warranty.
