Absolute disgust, disgraceful & money grabbing incompetent management. Brought in my 2010 dodge caravan for brake repair. I was called few hrs later & told my van needed rear Pads, brake rotor & Callipers on 1 rear wheel & materials + labour $950. I told him I dont wish to go ahead with the repairs. He called me 10min later saying he got prices for part cheaper and total cost reduce by $150. This ignorant man thought everyone was stupid like him. I told him not to go ahead with the repairs. I went to part source & bought the materials rear Pads, brake rotor and callipers for 1 rear wheel for $414. I spoke to a mechanic in town who said labour cost $100. I brought van & parts to him and in less than 1hr my van was ready. He said callipers in my van is good. I returned the callipers n got a $213 refund (I had just repaired my van for $300) compared to $950 Minute muffler in medicine hat alberta was asking for. I went back to the shop to show this reap-off people I saved $650...he began given excuse that the shop has to make profit from parts and labour and that was why I would have paid in excess $950 what shouldnt be more than $300. Ppl please do your homework b4 you go into this shop otherwise ppl in this shop will call you stupid & dumb for parting with YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY UNNECESSARILY. I will tell everyone I know to be weary & careful with this shop
