I bought my Nissan Versa Note in Calgary and it wasnt until I was coming home that I realized there was a heavy vibration when breaking at highway speeds. Upon realizing this had happened, Mazda provided excuses, where as Nissan provided results. They took my car in as soon as possible and from the moment I got there, they were very kind. Ernie, one of the managers there, was quick to reply to my email, and was kind enough to shuttle me over to work afterwords. A very very very kind and friendly person!! He is definitely a reason to go to Nissan. Another special thanks to Terry and the mechanic who worked on my car. It was discovered that not only was my brake rotor warped by a wheel bearing on the vehicle was broken. The car now drives so much better. There is no issue. They took all the stress out of this situation thanks to their great customer service and efficient work!

Purchasing a preowned vehicle should always be this easy and great. Mark (Sales Consultant) was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and much more. I did the whole purchase over the internet and phone with Mark sending photos and information as needed. When I came to pick up the Murano, it was spotless inside and out, full of gas and better than I thought it would be. I asked Mark on the phone if he would sell it to a family member and he said yes, and now I know why. Then he followed up shortly after I took it home. What a great place to purchase a vehicle. Any research into Nissan vehicles will tell you that the transmissions are failing before the 100K mark and ours was no different. They did replace the transmission after extending the warranty but they did so improperly according to the two mechanics we took our vehicle to after which is why it leaked transmission fluid. When contacting them later about this we were met with the rudest customer service and told any future work would cost us money in spite of their incompetence. I will not buy another Nissan again and I dont recommend anyone to buy from this dealership in particular.

Hands down worst dealer Ive delt with. I bought a used Car of them. Car was supposed to have gone through AMVIC inspection.. Well it definitely didnt. Car ended up having so many issues and they wouldnt do anything about it, because its a "used car" Highly reccomend traveling out of town if you want to buy a Nissan. I called multiple times asking for something, anything to be done. Told Id get a call back from higher ups, managers and so on. Absolutely no call back. Id give 0 star rating but unfortunately they dont have that option.

Purchased a Murano from them in September. This was our first Nissan purchase ever. We were so happy with our salesman Mark Fryklund and the entire Dealership staff as well as the our new vehicle we actually drove the 5 1/2 hrs.from our home back with my elderly parents to help them purchase a new Altima even though we had a Nissan dealership 20 minutes from our home. Cant possibly say enough possitve things about our two purchases and our overall experience with all their staff. Thank You Medicine Hat Nissan.

Work is done right the first time and my car is always ready when promised. People here go the next step in helping with last minute requests. Im always impressed by how clean the dealership is and the reception area - now with snacks - is very comfortable. Im a long time customer and am very happy with the service provided. I recently traded in my truck and leased a 2017 maxima and the experience was great. It was a relaxed atmosphere and I didnt feel pressured at any point in the process. Derek was really easy to deal with and didnt push me at all. Derek was knowledgable and up front and did not rush me. My trade in value came in lower than I was quoted and they still honoured the price I was originally quoted at. Cherie and Jeff were also helpful in the process.

Poor service, and given attitude every time I have been into the dealership or a phonecall, felt very unwelcome. Ive had my car in to have it reprogrammed, they took way longer then was quoted and they did not focus on what the issue was. As a vehicle I would recommend Nissan/Infiniti to people. I love my car. But I would recommend traveling to another dealership for one.

Awful customer service. Went to test drive and price out a truck. When i mentioned that i was dealing with another dealership they wouldnt let me test drive the vehicle and then told me to go to edmonton to test drive it. Totally wasted my time. Now not even sure if i want to buy a nissan because i would have to go thru this dealerships service department.
