sent an email to request the exact tires I picked out and requested a time available. The automated email I received said someone would get to me within 24 hours and no one responded. I ended up calling them and the guy told me he was "just going to call me." He further explained that they had to order them in and would give me a call, however their website said they were available at that moment and I was able to come in. The guy also did not confirm the size of my tires or made sure they were the right ones for me. It has now been 3 1/2 weeks and no one has called. These guys could have made almost $1000 from me, but I am not willing to chase them for it. If they wanted the business they would do their job. I had no problems with a Kal Tire in Lethbridge a few years back, but the ones here in The Hat dont care as I tried contacting the other Kal Tire on Box Springs a few days ago and same thing, no one has responded to me. I am taking my business elsewhere and would NOT recommend Kal Tire(s) in Med Hat to anyone.

My boyfriend and I were on holidays just passing through medicine hat for one night and had a really bad grinding noise in our truck along with the breaks feeling pretty bad. We phoned and talked with Justin and although they were busy he told us to bring it by. He kept us informed as we left it overnight as to what he and the mechanic had found looking at it. The next day we picked it up as they were doing a quick test drive in the parking lot and we heard the mechanic laugh so loud because there was a loose screw near the mud flap that was causing the tire to grind. We were thrilled it wasnt anything major. All the staff were friendly and professional towards us. Justin specifically was a great great help! We are now back on our road trip thanks to this Kal tire :)

The worst service ever ! I went to replace the set of winter tires on appointment , I called earlier at morning to confirm ,but my name was not there and no appointment booked on system ! they put me in and replaced the tires. However, when I received the vehicle, tires were put unbagged and they were wet and dirty due to rain ! when I questioned them they easily said sorry we went off bags ! they caused scratches to the interior of the vehicle and dirt were every where ! When I got back home to check, I was surprised that the lock key was not in place ! I have to go back and pick it from them. Not recommended at all

Disclosure: They were very kind and patched our tire entirely for free. Waking up on a cross-country road-trip to a flat tire wasnt exciting, but this Kal Tire was great. They were friendly and not only patched our tire, but also checked over the rest of the car. They had us check in with another Kal Tire an hour towards our destination to check in that the tire was still holding, and it was. - Great location, good experience. PS: Free coffee and fresh popcorn. 10/10 would get flat tire on week-long road trip and take it to Kal Tire again :)

Talked to a guy was very helpful on the phonethen came into store to get a proper quote was a bit of a cost difference with another guy and he said his manager would figure out what occurred and call me back three days pass no call so I call a lady transfers me to mitch and mitch just spews back the quotes I already seen in store with the 2nd guy and I notify him Canadian tire seems to be cheaper and he just says bye and hangs up. Wow some great service !

Needed 2 new tires for front wheel drive of my car. Always used Kaltire regardless of where I have lived the past 20 years. The guys at Medicine Hat Mall were exceptional! They explained I may need an alignment, walked me through the next steps and an approximate price. They completed the work as stated and even were under the estimate. Sooooo happy with the service!

Have been a long time customer at this location. Have noticed more recently that this locations customer service, honesty and quality of work have all picked up. Pricing is often really good, especially when you consider the quality of service. Generally a good location to go to.
