Everyone has a unique situation. And mine was like no other. I had a lot of fun challenging mark and Jeff to get me now a new car with all my rights and left turns. I had a lot of fun asking for help, and I am betting gave them a few hoops to jump though. But in the end I asked and I received. If you speak to anyone in town and say you purchasing from HOC they ask you if your speaking with Mark of Jeff. Their positive reputation is well known for what they do for people. My high interest is no longer and they saved me tonnes of money and I am truly thankful. If your in the market this is the best place to start. They definitely rise to the challenge.

Just purchased a new vehicle from the great people here. I was out of town working and these guys had no issues dealing with everything over the phone and computer. All thats left to do when I return home is pick up the vehicle!!! Jeff and Mark are awesome to deal with and got me the best deal out of all the other places I checked out. I wouldnt recommend any other dealership but these guys. They are also the best place to go to for people with low credit cause they will sit you down and figure how to get youre credit score as high as possible. Definitely the best experience Ive had dealing with a dealership; the most straight forward guys Ive dealt with in this area!! They helped me downgrade from my truck with negative equity in it and got an awesome car, and in all honesty, I wouldnt call it a downgrade at all except in payments! Absolutely great costumer service from Jeff at house of cars. Went above and beyond, and was honest. Was not pushy and stuck on getting us into something we did not want. Jeff, Mark and Jennifer were amazing to deal with! Great people, normal everyday folk that are able to do their jobs and not come across as stuffy arrogant know-alls.
