This is my, second post on this site. Unfortunately, I was bullied and threatened with police action, by the manager of City Chrysler, to remove my first post. I will reiterate again my complete dissatisfaction with this dealership - not with the product, just with the customer satisfaction with this particular dealership. From being hurried into the purchase of a new vehicle, because the salesman wanted to go home and watch a football game, to having the payment schedule reported incorrectly to the financing company, City Chrysler has left me feeling anything but gratified. When reporting my concerns to the manager of this dealership, I was told that it "wasnt his problem", and that if I am unhappy with them then "thats life". If your are looking for customer satisfaction, then this is not the dealership for you! The manager could obviously care less about repeat business from the way he treats his customers - and if you look at the other reviews on this site you will see how many people have singled the manager out as the cause of their dissatisfaction. I do find it interesting that out of the four negative posts on this site (3 of them were written by men), I was the only woman, and probably the only person that the manager of this dealership felt comfortable enough strong-arming into removing a negative on-line post. In my opinion, this dealership is more concerned with negative posts then they are with standing behind their customer service. I am miffed at how a dealership like this one is still in business. You have to drive by three other dealerships before you reach this one, and my advice would be to stop at any one of them. You definitely could not do any worse with another dealership. Happy car shopping - ANYWHERE ELSE!!! P.S. I do love my van and would buy another Dodge - just not here.

I am extremely happy with this dealer and sales man Ian, he has helped me since the first day I step into the dealer. To be honest I was scared to go there because of some of the bad feedback in here already, but they where very helpful in every way possible. I brought my trade in which it was a dodge as well and was happy with trade in value and the promotion they had for my new vehicle, everything they promised I got and even a lil more got a 2015 dodge journey fully loaded for a good price had some minor scratches maybe from delivery but they took good care of it without even questioning. The day I was going to pick up the new ride I was running late when I got to the dealer it was closed, but Ian the salesman came from his house after his work hours and came all the way to the dealer to assist me with some questions and concerns I had, now not a lot of ppl do that somebody else would have just said wait till tomorrow. I know Im a lil annoying with questions about everything and stuff about the new ride but they have always answers all my questions and concerns, as well as Darcy in financing very helpful and explained everything with details before we signed anything hopefully service and warranty its the same. But in conclusion Im VERY VERY HAPPY from first day I came to the dealer and dont know what the other people are talking about on the other feedback but my experience was very good compared to the other dealer in town I recommend this dealer to other people

How this company is still in business is beyond me.... trying to deceive a senior citizen in the purchase of a new vehicle. first of all trying to sell a $17,000.00 vehicle to a senior citizen for $34,000.00 by fudging numbers and adding things not asked for the offer sheet (there was no sheet anyways just a sticky note) I WARN YOU NOT TO VISIT THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are a deceiving company that has no respect for anyone they are just in it for the money. they dont care what they do to rob you of your money and time. we wanted to see what we could do to get a different vehicle and they threatened to call the police! the sales manager faked a phone call to me stating that he owned the company when clearly he did not. They are the most pathetic piece of crap of a car dealership i have ever encountered. i advise anyone who visits this place to not even bother! they are the most scheming, greedy pathetic people you could meet. i advise everyone to go to a different company unless you want to be robbed of every penny you have. The sales manager is the rudest most pathetic person there. DO NOT GO TO CITY CHRYSLER!!!!!!

Let the service manager know that the undercarriage of the front seat of the Jeep purchased @ City Chrysler needed replacing and requested a quote for the replacement part & number of hours of service needed for installation. Was charged $160 (x1 hour labour & shop supplies) for a technician to inspect the problem and give me the same prognosis I told them in the first place. This wasnt an oil leak or transmission problem boys it was a seat repair. An hours labour charged for a two minute inspection on a front seat??? Please.....License to steal and will never ever give this local company my business again. I suppose with charging an hours worth of labour (and shop supplies) for nothing they dont need repeat business for sales & service

Dont waste your time or Money on this dealership! I Purchased a vehicle for over $33,000. Put in over $10,000 worth of work through THEIR shop.(yup! sounds like a lemon!) 2 years after purchasing and tired of the continuous repairs I returned to the dealership to trade the truck and pay cash on a used vehicle. They offered 17,000 for the truck that they would then sell easily for 29,000 and NO DEAL on the used vehicle. They have shown ZERO LOYALTY, act like they could care less about getting or keeping business, they have no qualms about overcharging people. Too late for me, but would strongly recommend you take your business somewhere where it will be appreciated. definitely NOT this dealership!

I needed some help diagnosing my Dodge four wheel drive issue. The foreman, Andrew gave me the best service Ive received in a very long time and being a farmer, Im constantly dealing with parts and service people. Not only did Andrew provide me with a printed diagnostic procedure leaflet, but he also game me the shop demo part to borrow just to make sure I didnt spend $500 on a part I didnt need. My business currently has four dodge trucks and as long as Andrew is one of the leaders of their service team, Ill always be returning for parts and service. Thank you Andrew!

Worst experience ever. They didnt have the truck I wanted so they brought one in from another dealership. When the truck came it didnt have the options I was promised. I didnt want to take the truck and they refused to give me back my $500 deposit. "take the truck or we keep your deposit". I left and got a truck from another dealership for $1500 less than they quoted so keep my $500 I saved $1,000. They seem to think they are the only dealership around and can treat people badly. Wonder how they can still be in business with that kind of practice.
