First of all we had never owned a Ford before, and after we received horrible service at Ford dealership just outside of Calgary we were ready to give up on the brand completely. I found one more vehicle that I thought was priced fairly at Big M ford in Medicine hat. We live just outside of Calgary, and really were not that interested in going all the way out there to get a vehicle, but decided to inquire anyway, and I am glad that we did. Right away the level of service we received was excellent. Cole our sales person, made the buying process breeze. they gave a fair deal on our trade in, and when they found out that we lived out of town they even offered to bring the vehicle to us for a test drive. I was even more surprised when after we inquired about the vehicle, a 10 min personal video was done and sent to us to give us a complete walk through of the vehicle. They definitely proved that they wanted to earn our business right from the start. I would highly recommend Big M, if you want next level customer service, and a fair, hassle free buying experience. Along with Cole I have to give a shout out to Jody, and Stacey in the finance and warranty department who were most pleasant to deal with as well. Thanks again guys!

I cant say Im too impressed with the service at Big M. When I bought my vehicle there a couple years ago the sales lady was great. Big M keeps telling me that the seatbelt reminder chime on all Escapes only chimes once and I know thats not true. Mine used to keep on if I didnt put seatbelt on& every since they worked on it a couple months back it wont chime more than once. They make me feel like a fool when they always just say, "thats normal, its what all Escapes do." Dont ever get your windshield replaced there. I had my Escape back there at least 7 or 8 times because of a constant wind noise/whistle. They said again that they fixed it this time, so I hope they are right! I really dont think Ill buy another vehicle there again, jus to much stress with the service....

terrible went in for turbo problems among other things that i new needed to be fixed. was told everything is fine and charged me $1000 for a belt tensioner and trailer plug. then they triggered my interlock system when i specifically told them that they cant just unplug it and needed to call for a code, was forced to miss work and drive to lethbridge to get it reset the next day (2nd time they did this) and my truck blew up on the way back.... literally within 24 hrs of leaving the shop, had to get it towed. complete nightmare. been to big m a few times and its completely hit or miss depending on the mechanic. currently at gershaw auto, wayyyyyyyy better, muuuuch cheaper and consistant with quality work

Absolutely terrible. Would never recommend. Was told I would be in right away for an upper rad hose repair during a trip. Took 2 hours to get in. Wrong hose twice. Techs went for lunch when it was almost done. Found the tech wandering around on his cell phone after returning. Over 4 hours to change a rad hose?? Lied to by parts and by service manager. Consantly changing their story. Worst service I have ever had from a shop. ZERO stars. ZERO!!

I was EXTREMELY satisfied with Big M Ford in Medicine Hat. I cant think of one negative thing to say about them! They looked after me, showed me the problem with my vehicle, covered under warrant, strongly suggested I not drive it due to a separated shaft in the front end of some sort, gave me a service loaner to drive, quick, responsive, polite, and above all EXCELLENT SERVICE! I would not hesitate whatsoever to take my vehicle back to Big M Ford!

I have no purchased 2 vehicles from Big M and Salesman Cole Miller. I cannot say enough great things about everyone there. I bough a 2017 escape and it is the best winter driving vehicle! I work in the middle of nowhere and deal with very adverse conditions this vehicle is unreal. I am so happy with every aspect of the vehicle,. If you need a car, truck, SUV go and see Cole, he is amazing.

Dealing with BIG M is always easy. Just had an oil change done and a detail clean (*****) a rental was needed but NOT available even though i had pre booked one. Ken my sales guy stepped up and found me a ride for the day. Use Ken as a sales guy he has ALWAYS looked after me and my girlfriends needs.

Went there for a simple alignment, was told the price was $125.00plus tax, and got call 3 hours after telling me my car is ready, surprise bill of over $300.00...after negotiating with them, they drop the price to $195.00. Still, I felt ripped off.

Went for an oil change. Check squeeling brakes. And puttering. Picked up at end of day. Said my brakes didnt squeek and the puttering was my o2 sensor??? Brakes squeeled as I left. Puttering worse than before AND they didnt even do my oil change.

Called 10 minutes to close asking for a wiring diagrams for my car, they were printed (all 20 pages) and left with my name and number with reception 20 minutes after they were supposed to be closed. Nice folks!
