I wish I could give them less than 1 star. The WORST experience ever. They dont have prices so I called about a truck I said that I would be paying cash and that my max budget was $25,000. They said they could definitely do that but couldnt give me a price over the phone so I made the hour and a half trip there. Once I got there they said so you can put $25,000 down cause the truck was actually $36,000!! I was then asked if I wanted to pay cash because I couldnt finance because I have bad credit!! We went back and forth about price and he came down to $25,000 by the end even though he kept saying he could never go that low, this went on for hours and I said even though he came down I wouldnt deal with them. By the looks of the sales manager it would appear all that extra cash goes right up hid nose. I went straight from there to Innisfail truck ranch where I bought a truck that day and had WAY better service. Would never go back again.

They have no idea about anything they sell or anything they have. I bought a brand new truck from them, when I got the truck they didnt do anything to it. My husband and I took all the plastic off of everything out the antenna on put out all of the floor mats. Dodge never did the pre delivery inspection. They never cleaned it at all. I had to take the paper off the window then I had to take the glue off after that. I had to take it in 4 times to get things fixed and two of those times I took it to Red Deer for way way better service.

When my trusty work horse broke down 300km from home whilst on vacation on the August holiday weekend, you need to tow the vehicle to a trusting location. I couldnt have asked for a better service from Rocky Mountain Dodge, they had my truck back up and running the Tuesday after the holiday; checked my warranties to ensure I didnt pay for anything that I was covered for; and provided a great, competitively priced, service vehicle to ensure our vacation was not interrupted. Great job guys!

Dropped my caravan off for a recall. Service is fast and very friendly. Everytime I call Rocky Dodge everyone is so friendly and helpful. When I was there last, I asked a salesman to find out what they would give me on my caravan for a trade in. I was looking to trade in and repurchase. He took pictures of my caravan and my vin and said he would be back to me that afternoon. That was over three weeks ago. Disappointed.

Went there to get a new replacement vehicle. I was in negotiations with other dealerships at the time, but Rocky Mountain Dodge rose above the rest. The sales staff didnt hold back about prices, warranties, or what they could/couldnt do for you. Most importantly, they were honest, straightforward, and didnt pressure you at all. 10/10 would go there again.
