I was looking to purchase a used F-150. I had to expand my search outside of Calgary to find the exact trim, interior and exterior colors I wanted. Everyone was friendly and no pressure. Nobody felt slimy - you know the stereotypes of used car salesmen. I met some that fit the bill at other dealerships. Very responsive over emails when I wanted info on the truck. I felt that the negotiation was fair. No making me wait 15 minutes as they ran up to the sales manager to "work for me." My wife and I went off to have a coffee and discuss the numbers before signing, and there was none of the usual tactics of trying to keep me in the building. They gave me directions to a coffee shop, and even called to pay for our coffees! The price I got for my trade in matched the highest offer I had in Calgary. The Ford truck was priced in line with every dealership in Calgary. When I came to pick it up, the salesman showed me around all the features of the truck inside and out and kept asking if I had any questions. He wanted to make sure I left comfortable with all the bells and whistles on the truck. There were no surprises when I showed up as we had agreed to have one cosmetic issue fixed, and an aftermarket part installed. Even though I didnt end up purchasing it, the price they gave me for the extended service plan (ESP) was hundreds better than any Ford dealership in Calgary offered. Nothing but a positive experience with Rainbow Ford.

After pulling into Rocky on our way to camp for the weekend at Crimson Lake, i noticed that our truck was leaking oil very bad. I pulled it into Rainbow Ford where i was greeted by the friendliest service staff ever! They got the truck in very quickly to diagnose the problem. Being right at the end of the day, they could not fix it until the next morning. We were going to leave our trailer at the dealership as we now did not have a truck to pull it to the campground. Then comes Sam, one of Fords service technicians. Sam so graciously lent us his personal truck to pull our trailer out to the campsite so that we could camp and not have our whole weekend ruined! I have never encountered this type of service in my life and I am so touched that Sam and the rest of service team at Rainbow Ford went well out of their way to help ensure that we were taken care of. Well Done guys and thanks again!!!

Truck got in quickly and was fixed back to working condition. However the problem which causes the computer to trim a injector to a under fuel and knocking condition. No physical damage is present and is fixed with a simple software update. This is the 3rd time this same problem has occurred and been repaired the in the same manner. The software update made available by Ford seems to only fix the problem for a few months. The dealer has done all they can with the repair option made available to them. Over all the dealer operated very well and professionally but more is needed by the higher up ford techs.

I recently had my 2011 Ford Explorer Limited serviced at Rainbow Ford in Rocky Mountain House. From the moment I drove on the lot I was greeted with hellos and smiley faces ☺ My vehicle was serviced to the manufacturer specifications in a timely, knowledgeable fashion. The staff at the Quick Lane went through the inspection sheet with me on each point, answering all of my questions. I appreciate the service and the staff at Rainbow. I had problems with the radio in my new truck and Lennis and Rick were able to order a new radio for me and install it . Also when I arrived I was having issues with the heater in my truck and Rick assured me they would have a look. When I returned to get my truck , they were welcoming , went over what they did and were very professional and hospitible. Excellent customer service by the gentlemen at the service desk. My truck was back on the road as scheduled. Although shop rates are very high, you are going to get the quality at the dealership youll want when having a big job done (such as mine which was a timing chain / cam phaser replacement). I would not trust another mechanic to troubleshoot and repair such a problem! Thank you Rainbow Ford.

Rainbow Ford has done service and warranty work on my 2012, F350 diesel since August of 2015. This includes a warranty issue which threatened to cancel a 10yr awaited antelope hunt with a restricted time line. They found time to do the work that enabled my success. I really appreciate their efforts, then and each time I go there, for service.

The car was serviced quickly , all the important parts where checked and recorded on the service paper. I mentioned not to rotate the tires seeing that they where put on not long ago, but they still did . Which meant taking the time to get them retorted .
