Purchased tires here, then when it came time for a rotation, i had to book my vehicle in a week in advanced. Then when i brought it in for the rotation, they take theyre sweet ass time pulling it into the shop then spend 45 minutes looking under the hood and inspecting everything on my vehicle before they even touched the tires. I ended up sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours for a tire rotation!! and my vehicle was the only one booked for the entire day. Any other tire shop has you in and out within 20 minutes for a rotation! What a joke.

I remember when Canadian Tire USED TO BE GOOD FOR RETURNS. Those days are over! If something is opened, it cant be returned. HOW RIDICULOUS! This is usually the case with things like games, but this applies to ALL things. I was going to buy a small TV and when I inquired about their return policy I was told if I even open the box I cant return the TV. This is so ridiculous and completely unheard of in this day and age! I will gladly shop elsewhere!

Terrible. This Canadian Tire is full of ignorant people. I spoke with a manager, who seemed as though she had better things to do than to assist me and my question. The mechanic was cold and rude. If you hate your job that much, id happily take it over and treat people better so you can go self loath you and your life, somewhere else. BRUTAL. Thank god for Kal-Tire. On the phone for 3 seconds with an apt booked.

I needed to replace a spark plug while on a trip. The back side is hard to get to, and Im on vacation, thought I might just pay somebody whos already equipped. Called to see if they could do this. I asked for "service" and the receptionist said "oh, auto parts?" (Not a great start.) I was then put on hold to listen to a radio station that wasnt tuned properly for 18 minutes, at which point I gave up.

Called in, message said open til 9 Monday through Friday and my girlfriend went to pick up parts so I could fix truck on side of the road and they were closed at 7 Mondays! Could have had her go to sylvan instead but was mislead and am very unhappy with the rocky store. Change the damn message or is it really too hard to do?? And thanks for letting me down, really appreciated it.

Love the store its great and friendly staff ..the only thing I dont like is the waiting times for items to be shipped in from 2 weeks to never was the answer I got. And I wish it was a bigger store cause half the stuff you can get at other canadian tire locations are usually never in Stock here.. fix that and you will get a better review..

Was treated rude by clerk. Have bought many pair of work boots there over the years and getting warranty one time out of about 15 was told if I bring this pair back she would tell me to leave her store. I told her warranty was her dicision and I was there to by another pair either way. Wow. One star today.

Regular Canadian Tire. Staff didnt really know where things were or what they sold. However they did asked other staff for help and then pointed us in the right direction. Lots of young employees... they seemed to be good workers.

Terrible service here. Hang ups on the phone. No answers when on hold. Lied to me about what was wrong with my car and about how and when the work was done. Do NOT go to this Canadian Tire to have your car worked on ever !

store hours are 8-9 monday-friday, got there at 8:30 and they were closed, im very disapointed in the false advertisement, i drive 1/2 hour to get an item that was needed. wasted gas driving there for nothing

The young woman who was at the till was very rude and displayed a lack of manners and was self important to the point of arrogance. It was not a pleasant experience and she needs supervision and training.

Decent no issues, but also have barely dealt with staff members and get the feeling they avoid customers somewhat. Always have the items in the flyer and everything is clearly marked and easy to find.
