Message: Good day. I am writing this to express my appreciation, for the service that I have received from the staff, particularly, from my sales associate Nicholas Eades. Nic worked very hard to find me a truck that suited my needs. It was not easy, as there were not many new trucks still on the market. He finally found one for me in Whitehorse, YT. When he told me what he had found, I was very interested. The equipment, and options that were on the truck, were very impressive. This was about the fourth truck that Nic had found for me. He emailed me a picture of the truck, and the build sheet, I was sold. It should be noted, that about one hour before I came into Lamb, and met Nic, I had been at the Chevrolet dealer across the street. I had talked to a salesman there, and had given him the same information that I had given to Nic.. To this day, I have never heard anything from them. Since the purchase of my truck, I have had it in to Lamb, to have some accessories installed. The service people there are Top-Notch. The installations were done quickly, and without any issues with fit, or finish. When I had inadvertently damaged one of the components of my tonneau cover, I took it to Lamb, and they did the repair quickly, and inexpensively. When I first purchased my truck, I was thinking that I may trade it for a 2016, or 17, next year. That may still happen, and if it does, I will be going to Lamb first, and talking to Nicholas. However, he found me such a nice truck, I am going to have a hard time parting with it. I may just hang on to it. I will however let people know how well I have been treated, by the staff at Lamb Ford, and I am glad that fate brought me to their dealership. This is the 4th truck I have gotten from Lamb Ford in the past 9 years. I have dealt with sales rep Dan Madison on all vehicles. He will ask you what your looking for a vehicle and is very informative on the vehicle your looking to purchase. He doesnt try to get you hung up on all the bells & whistles a vehicle may or may now have like other salesman I have encountered in the past. He will find you the truck that you want, not what he thinks you should be driving. If Lamb Ford didnt have the truck on the lot I wanted, Dan sourced it out quickly. He is also not the type of sales rep that pressures you to make your decision if your going to purchase instantly. He doesnt harass you with multiple phone calls to check back to see if you have made your decision. I totally enjoyed dealing with Dan for this fact. When it came to the finance dept Jacquie Badry had all the paperwork in order & correctly filled out for me to not have to wait to sign the papers. Jacquie was able to answer any questions I had without having to make me wait while she went and found someone to explain it to me. We just bought our third vehicle from Lamb Ford. Having bought three other vehicles from other dealerships we have had a large variety of experiences. Out of our 6 vehicle purchases in the last 10 years, Lamb Ford Ranks the Best by far. The sales staff is incredibly helpful and efficient. Not for a second did we feel pressured. Perhaps the best part of dealing with Lamb Ford is the level of after sales service you get. The parts and service departments are honest, reliable and fast. In my experience, the dealerships raving about the getting the best deal often offer the poorest service. At Lamb Ford you will get a Great price without any free iPad or trip to Vegas nonsense. You may be looking to buy a new Car but youre also buying the integrity of the dealership, and youll find NONE better then Lamb ford.

All I can say is what an amazing experience! My salesman James Larson was extremely knowledgeable about the F150 in purchased. He went thru the truck with me top to bottom when I showed specific interest in the truck. We went for a test drive and he explained how specific options worked. When I purchased the F150, James again went thru all the options, had to have spent an hour + with me, explaining everything and answered without hesitation any additional questions. The financing team, Dean, was just as helpful. Explaining any additional warranty and insurance that I may wish or need, and compiled a plan that suited my needs perfectly. I had a great experience dealing with James the salesman . he is a great guy and he made me feel like i was dealing with family he went above and beyond to help me in my time of need i had a truck break down and was in dire need to get back on the road . I broke down on a Thursday went and seen him on a Saturday and had to be on the road by Monday or I wouldnt have had a job to go to . He and the lamb ford team made it happen on a Saturday . I really put them on a spot but they stepped up and helped me out . I left there with a brand new truck a big smile and the feeling I was the only one in that dealership that day . I will always go back there for service and even a coffee just to say hello to the new people I met .

I saw a used truck advertised on the Lamb Ford website with the features I was looking for, and that was within my price range. Nicholas answered all of my questions and by the end of the week I was driving 2 hours from my home to Camrose to finalize the purchase of the truck. Nicholas was an excellent sales rep and worked hard to make the sale work - including staying late on a Friday to finish the deal. Within a month, we had a fairly large mechanical problem that Lamb Ford was willing to take full responsibility for and covered the entire cost of the repair. Unbelievable integrity! I recommend Lamb Ford to anyone, despite the distance! Thank you...and the truck is great!

Since i bought my 2014 F350 1 ton dully a Camrose ford, i have developed a excellent relation ship with the people there. Chris the service manager is an excellent person to work with and understands the urgency, that i need the work done ASAP. I am on the road all the time and now have 660 thousand kilometers since March 15/14. Thank you to all the personnel. Once again the people at Lamb Ford have taken care of me in a expedient manner. I now have 777 thousand kilometers on my F350 deasel with very little problems and these people have stepped up to the plate every time.
